There is a lot of space throughout the store so you don't feel claustrophobic. I usually sprint past the polite workers and head for the sale section. Most of the time theres a good chunk of womens clothes and accessories that are 60-70% off including jeans and shoes. Simply ask for help with a dressing you and you can try everything on. They also have online pick up readily available for online orders. My little millennial nial heart loves all the Y2k fashions still poppin' off at AE today.

My wife and I caught a comedy show at The Funny Bone and wanted to kill some time before it started. We walked around Village Point and went into some shops and American Eagle was one of them. At AE, there's usually chaos. A lot of people walking around, clothes strewn about everywhere, and at this particular AE, it was no different. I love their sales and the service is generally pretty good, but maybe hire an extra person to keep up with the customers.

But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. Even when you call in there's an operator who politely transfers your calls, which is so personal. I miss the piano, but customer service from thousands of miles away is top notch. There are signs throughout, so it is relatively easy to find the area you are hoping to shop in. Each time I've come to search for something, I have not had any luck. The main reasons I have not bought anything here are either of it. Nothing fits my frame/style (This store is much more geared towards women than juniors, and business/cocktail attire than anything casual), and that the price point is high above competitors I shop at. Overall, I do not think I am their target market, but I am shocked that people come in and spend what they do for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. Probably just a matter of opinion, but I do not frequent this store often for that reason. I do know a lot of friends who get great deals with within the shoe clearance area -- this seems to be what they're known for! The store looked like it had wide selection of athletic clothing, though I did not browse extensively. In the fitting room, another person was incredibly friendly and helpful, finding me another size as the initial size was too big. Every single person I encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful. The pants I purchased were super comfortable and I am excited to wear them to work!

They unfortunately tell me somethings are just marked wrong and offer no solution. I walk away as I leave the gal who originally checked me out stops me to fix the issue.
