When I asked where to find a specific pair of jeans, she flat-out said, "I can't tell you where anything is in the store." Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. It's worth taking the trip to the H&M at Aventura Mall. This store needs serious management attention and better-trained employees.

So, I can't tell you about the service. I may just be too old for their profile of shoppers. Unfortunately, they now carry more sportswear than dresses. I did browse the racks and didn't find anything appropriate for me. This was a bit disappointing. However, I did see a couple separates -- a skirt and a blazer -- that could be worn as a suit. So, I did try on two different colors thinking this could be a backup outfit. But I wasn't "in love" with the way everything looked. Oh well, I'm glad I visited this store. Now I know, this place is not for me, anymore.

My only complaint really is the customer service. It's awful. There is no acknowledgement of you as you walk through the store. There was one or two people on the floor just looking at customers and it felt awkward. Even the girls at the register would just stare at you while walking the store and not even smile or greet you. It was weird. It felt 'judgey.' So finally after like 20 minutes of deciding what I wanted, I check out and the girl doesn't even smile or greet me and just rings me up as if she's in a rush (there wasn't a line) and then after I pay she just puts the bag on the counter looks at the only person who just got in line behind me and I am still standing at the counter putting my wallet away and she says to the girl behind me "oh you can come up now" as I'm still standing at the counter and the girl seemed confused because I hadn't left yet. I felt unappreciated as a customer which sucks. Like I said before, Aritzia is one of my favorite brands but I'll probably stick to shopping online.

I was looking through the sale rack (they always have great sales) looking for a simple white sweater for my granddaughter and she went away and came back with a couple of nice sweaters and said these go on sale tomorrow but we can start tonight and smiled. I ended up buying several more items and told her I would see her again . That is the kind of service I will always remember and will go back to. Kudos to Carter's.

A large selection of clothes, accessories, boots for everyone in the family! They even have a few sale racks with very affordable prices! I lived in Arizona and Texas for years and have shopped Western Stores and the prices at Boot Barn are very competitive and affordable! Plus the selection of Women's Cowboy boots ranged from silver sequins, pearls, black sequins, and more traditional leather boots! I was shocked how affordable they are! Definitely an affordable variety I haven't seen anywhere in South Florida! I can't wait to go back to add to my collection! Especially for the Rodeo at the South Florida Fairgrounds! The charming young lady welcomed me and offered assistance. The good news is they give you the opportunity to shop without hovering over you. I highly recommend!
