They have the best selection of the clothes I like, but the prices are still too high - not as bad or even close to TR, but they are still high and I just don't get it. Though at least their shirts are classics with a lot of detail in the design I prefer! The store carries everything from Jeans, Shirts, Belts, Cologne and hats and scarfs to socks, shoes, and boots in both male and female - did I say that right? The problem with this place is the 1 employee in electronics . When I called first & talked to him, he was definitely an oddball. He just kept saying "hi & yes" but nothing else. Then he took care of us & was just weird. Otherwise, this location was fine. That had what we wanted & we got it.

This Marshalls, however, just isn't one of my favorites. It seems to be a bit smaller than the other locations. I never really see any good clothes or shoes out. I did buy some delicious "all-dressed" chips here (if you see them, buy them ... you won't be disappointed!). I also got good deals on a blow dryer and flat iron recently. No matter what, I'll always swing by here and find something I like! It just isn't my favorite location.

Andddddd, unlike Lane Bryant, don't try charging you $60+ for that pair of pants. Their prices are WAY more reasonable than Lane Bryant, though the clothes do tend to lean towards a younger crowd. I ended up at this location because the Amherst store didn't have a lot of options in tall jeans. The associate called Niagara Falls and they put several pairs of jeans on hold for me. I drove over there right away (they close at 8pm on weeknights -- it's about a 15 minute drive or so) I have to say, I had a *completely* different customer service experience at this store, versus the Amherst store. There were two associates working, one of which was busy trying on different clothes in the dressing room while working. Hmmm. The other one (I shopped around 7pm on 1/31/17: female, 20's, black hair, multiple facial piercings, heavy set) never mustered a smile or even attempted anything bordering "friendly" or "welcoming." She retrieved my on-hold merchandise and put in the dressing room for me. When I was ready to check out, she was all business, but, again, not anything near what I would call "friendly." She did the bare minimum, checked me out, and off I went. No smile. No farewell. This location is much bigger than the Amherst location. They had a WAY larger selection of clearance merchandise as well. It's modern, well-kept (but it's also a very new store so I'd be shocked if it wasn't.) My one complaint: the music was LOUD. I don't mind fun music in the store to get you in the mood to do some shopping... but this was so loud I couldn't hear the associate when she asked me what name my hold was kept under.
