I went to a regular Old Navy near my house and then went to this one because I was in the neighborhood and some things I saw were the exact same price as the regular retail store. I love this Old Navy! I happened to walk in on a morning when they were giving their customers the employee discounts. Plus, they already had great sales going on. The customer service was the best I can ever remember receiving and I bought some very nice, classy and casual items from this Old Navy. THE ULTIMATE SCORE! Old Navy is a store that I tend to visit during the fall for my son so I don't know why I wandered in during my visit but I'm glad I did. They seem to be evolving into a more inclusive store with more size options. When I walked in, I immediately noticed a long line in the store but didn't really think about it until I started shopping and realized that they had great deals. After paying for my purchases, I learned that everything was 30% off. YES! Now that's how you do it! I love their tissue thin tees that are perfect for hot and humid weather and pair well with everything from jumpers to shorts. I love great travel options and scored the perfect maxi skirt and maxi dress for summer travel. It was a successful trip and I look forward to "the return"! *** They are not always appropriately staffed so be prepared to be a bit self-sufficient. I am not dinging them for this because the extra staff hopped on the register in order to move the line along. Good call. 5/15/2016 Following a recent trip, I was all excited about the items that I had purchased until I arrived home and closely examined them. Now remember, I did not take the time to try them on due to the lines and the general inconvenience. When I tried on the skirt, it was perfect except it had a long slit from top to bottom going down the back, (reminiscent of the '90s). Those soft cotton tees were shapeless mini-tents and not the quality I items I need. I was actually able to return all of the items to my local store which was very convenient. Next time, I will slow down and examine the items more closely. read more

I love Old Navy but Lord this one is not the greatest!! Went in today to return something and stood in line forever! One cashier in the whole store with a line from the front to the back. Plus she really wasn't the friendliest one either. Acted like it was a bother to help us. read more
