To be clear, this is the Hanes outlet. They do carry all the other brands in this store title, but…read morethe huge word on the store's sign is Hanes. We've been into this store a couple of times and it's always a good experience. There is A LOT of inventory and it's always a little overwhelming when you first walk in. The associates are always quick to greet us and point us in the right direction. There are always multiple sales happening and the clearance section is a treasure trove. I always end up spending more than I intended, but this is much better pricing than buying bras from the secretive place at the mall :)

HORRIBLE customer service! 1/20/21 (around 3-4pm)…read more Initially I was not going to write a separate review for this store. My intention was to group all stores together and give a pretty good review of this outlet mall BUT, my experience in this particular store changed my mind. So I've never purchased under garments from Hanes and since I came across this store unexpectedly- I figured it would be the perfect time to shop. Walking in this store was fine, the store was organized everything was where it needed to be. However, I had some questions on where the bras that I was looking for were- there was such a vast section I couldn't figure out where I needed to look. I see all associates in the back - lallygagging, I'm thinking someone will be out since it's customers in the store. The young lady looked me dead in my face and sees me looking confused- she automatically bee lines to the fitting room to ask the person how they were doing with trying things on. Then she looks at me again and walks back to the back room!!! At this point I say "Excuse me- can you show me where minimizers are"!? She says "sure their on the wall" - granted these bras could've been anywhere on the wall! She doesn't ask any probing questions, she was more interested in NOT answering questions and getting back to what she was doing. At that point, I lost interest in making any purchases and walked out - I would NOT recommend this store.

I spent $225 dollars, and saved $275. So, I did pretty well on baby clothes and etc. The employees are super friendly and helpful if needed. I will definitely be back soon.

Not all menwear stores are great for big guys (as in 58L) They have a really nice selection of expanded sizes as well as extra-length ties. Prices are reasonable and if you're looking for a fantastic deal on dress shirts, catch one of the tent sales. Also a good place for wide shoes and boots. In terms of men's Big & Tall casual wear, you're going to see an awful lot of polos and golf wear. But you can find some sports branded apparel if that's your thing. The men's "regular" sized casualware selection is much broader, which is actually kinda frustrating. And the women's wear is seems to be targeted toward a 50+ crowd that doesn't mind feathers, polyester and rampant rhinestoning.
