A little small, especially considering it's an outlet store. But, the prices here are great and they have a very friendly and helpful staff.

I tried on a bunch of things, and nothing seemed to fit that day. The dressing rooms were cleared of other peoples clothes and the place you put the stuff you don't want was also cleared, so someone was doing work, but just didn't want to help the customers. Walked out and there were three ladies by the register. Standing around talking. Didn't even get a thank you or have a great day. Glad I only stop in when I'm in town shopping with my kids.

I don't always spend my whole paycheck in an outlet. But when I do it's the Banana Republic…read moreFactory store! I can't believe I'm the first to review, especially considering that 70% of my wardrobe is from here. It's located in Tanger Outlet, off of I-75 in Locust Grove. When you drive into the outlet, you make a left and it's in the corner, sandwiched between the Great American Cookie store and Bon Worth. It's also convenient to the restrooms. There is ample parking unless you are there on a weekend or holiday. It has mall hours (9-9 on weekdays, 10-7 on Sundays). The store is large and brightly lit. There's normally a big sale sign plastered on the windows. Inside you'll find a vast selection of men's and women's clothing, petites, accessories and jewelry. Only the shoe selection is limited. Everything is organized and neat. There are plenty of fitting rooms and the staff is courteous. They don't follow you around the store or count your garments as you enter the fitting room. They will get you a different size if asked. Some outlets have irregular items or out of season clothes that didn't sell. But the BR Factory has its own unique, quality garments that are more affordable than the traditional Banana Republic. What I love about it is that there is always a sale! In most stores, you have to make a beeline for the clearance section. Not here. There may be an extra 40% off clearance in the back corner but even if there isn't, there are always specials throughout the store. Shirts may be 50% off and certain skirts may be 60% off so it behooves you to look around. They do price adjustments within seven days and returns within 60 days. This is one of the few places I'd recommend getting a store credit card. It can be used at BR, Gap, Old Navy and Athleta. They have an excellent rewards program to keep you coming back. I'm always getting $10 reward certificates in the mail. Some days there are even double points. I would recommend signing up for email alerts because there is often an additional 20% off coupon attached, especially if you use your BR credit card. They also have discounts for AAA and AARP but you can't combine them. So normally the 20% off email discount is your best bet. I've purchased earrings, nail polish, handbags, tights, hats and sunglasses. But mainly I buy clothing. There's a great selection of business (slacks, suits and blouses) and casual wear. Here's a sample of my finds: 1. Shorts $12-$17. 2. Shirts $6 -$12 3. Dresses $15-$25 4. Sweaters $10-$15 5. Tights $6 6. Belts $8 7. Small leather purse $27 8. Light jacket $27 9. Dress slacks - $18-$40

THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY PERTAINING TO BOSTONIAN CLARK STORE…read more When I entered the store, I was greeted by the associate at the checkout desk and began looking for the item I came for. I found the last pair of boots in this size i was looking for but they were in terrible condition--scuffed and beat up to the point that they looked like a return. I asked if there were any others in the back. The associate checked and confirmed this was the only pair. She kindly offered to use a product to clean one boot, which improved its appearance. I thanked her and asked if she could do the same for the other boot. At that point, what I assume was the store manager turned around and said, "Ma'am, it's just a demonstration. We sell the product, and we're only supposed to do one boot." I explained that I wasn't asking for a discount or a freebie--I simply wanted to purchase boots that looked new. Her response? "We sell the product, and we're only supposed to do one shoe." I was stunned. I told her she was missing the point: the boots looked worn, and I was asking for a quick cleanup so they looked like a new item. She refused. I walked out, deciding not to spend my money with people who clearly didn't want the sale. Later, because my brother really wanted those boots and time was short, I went back to buy them. Ironically, when I returned, the boots had been cleaned up and looked much better both pairs --exactly what I had asked for earlier. So, the store lost the sale initially because the manager refused to provide basic customer service. I cannot understand why it was such a big deal to clean both boots for a paying customer. I wasn't asking for a discount or special treatment--just a product that looked new. Instead, I was met with attitude and inflexibility. This experience was disrespectful and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The only reason I completed the purchase was because it was the only store with that size and style, and my brother insisted. Otherwise, I would have gladly driven an hour to another location or ordered online. Moving forward, I will never shop at that store again. This store needs serious training--especially the manager--to understand that the goal is to maximize sales and treat customers with respect, not to flex authority at the expense of service.

We parked at one end of the strip and walked the whole place and circled back by going down the line of shops across the way. It's not really pedestrian friendly but doable. There is a little bit of everything there. The whole complex was clean. The restroom was clean and included toilet covers which is nice. It also had this huge rocking chair perhaps for nursing mothers? Or just anyone to rest a minute. The stores were all clean and the staff everywhere were so welcoming. Saying hello when we came in and thanks for coming when we left. It was crazy how many people worked at the Coach store. There is a little bit of everything including two children's stores and a few athletic places. It's a great place to shop For shoes especially sneakers. We will definitely be back.
