We went to the perfume and jewelry area, and asked someone if they had that brand. We were pointed to another area that got us closer. Another attendant was able to help us, and find the brand we are looking for. They exactly had the Art of Shaving sandalwood cream, and it was at the regular price of about 35 dollars. We still bought it. The attendants were very helpful and friendly. I love that the store looks upscale and more organized, unlike Sears and JC Penney nearby. While the prices are a bit more expensive, the store and staff justify it. They have the more upscale brands. With so many of them around I didn't realize that there was an actual large Beall's Department Store, similar to a Macy's, there is one in Kissimmee at the Loop. Well this particular store is just about the only big clothing store in St Cloud. The cool thing is that they have a little bit of everything and the items are reasonably priced. The have a rewards program that will get you 10% off of purchases in Friday's. They also offer a senior citizens discounts. You can also earn points toward coupons. The clothing seems to be of good quality most of the time. The set up is similar to a Ross or Marshall's, so be prepared to search for what you are looking for. However there are always good finds. I love their accessories and makeup sections. They usually have good prices on beauty sponges and brushes. Sometimes they have really good facial cleansers, masques, etc. It may be worth a visit if you are ever stuck living in St. Cloud like I am.

Belts really dress things up too, so I have to hit up belts next with my Cash Pass. The only area of opportunity is they use Synchrony for their credit card and they have awful customer service off shore, I wish they used Chase or anyone else. I should have just left it on the counter, but at that point you've already paid. This place is probably fine if you're looking to rent a suit or tuxedo, but if it's going to be part of your wardrobe, skip it.

They run amazing sales during the holidays, especially for their pants, which are normally 2999. I ordered a pair online for about $16 per pair. I also got a lilac sweater online and I had to bring it in because they left the ink tag on the sweater. The sweater I got was eight dollars and 99 originally it was a $30 sweater last but not least. I also really like their selection of Sephora products on the Sephora is a little bit smaller and the cove superstore, however, they still have really good deals and really good prices. I assisting Me today taking off My in tag was super nice and wished me a happy holidays. 10/10 However, I did not realize but shopping before a holiday can make the area very busy; I will try not to shop before Christmas day this year; was not realizing how busy the loop was gonna be !

Another Kohl's Win -- This Time in Kissimmee!…read more Had a great, productive Saturday that ended with a trip to The Loop in Kissimmee -- and of course, a stop at Kohl's! This isn't our usual location (we're usually at the Clermont one), but we love the area. It's definitely a bit busier because of where it's located, but that's usually a sign they've got great stock -- and today proved it! We came in looking for some bathroom items for our son and a few seasonal pieces to decorate for fall and Christmas, and left feeling like we'd practically robbed the place (in the best way). The clearance sections were amazing -- especially for kids' clothes -- and between the Kohl's Card and Kohl's Cash, the savings were huge. This store is always clean, organized, and has friendly staff even when it's busy. Kohl's continues to be one of our go-to spots, and this visit reminded us why.

There are several walk-through aisles on both sides of the store with bench and walls of mirrors in the middle. The sales racks are in the back of the store and with the bathrooms. The store has one side with woman shoes the other side with men's and the back towards the sale racks with children's shoes. The have a very large clearance area with everything from high heels to crocs, and Nikes. The discounts are great here. The sizes and array of colors are good. At the front registers you can buy socks, jibbitz for your crocs, shoelaces and napsacs. There is usually a good sale on the jibbitz with buy one great one 50% off. Why no 5 stars? not a lot of sales employees around to help expect for when they are talking to each other. They are friendly when they notice you come into the store. Lines do tend to get taken care of quickly as long as the other employees are not in the back of the store.

The biggest plus this store has is the customer service. Great cashiers who greet you no matter how busy they are. Prices are reasonable but not overly great. The store is entirely to cluttered. Needs would probably be better met to focus on one type of item such as food or clothes but not both.
