OMG this place is HUGE!! It's always very busy, and parking can be a challenge but I was super surprised at the over abundance of inventory. I never knew this location had MUCH MORE than where I normally shop. I spent more than I planned to but I couldn't pass up the deals!! I needed a new pair of blue jeans, and I knew Old Navy had a sale in blue jeans from what I saw advertised, so I decided to head over to Old Navy to pick up a pair. When I arrived, I noticed they had quite a variety of blue jeans to choose from, so I picked a few pair of jeans to try on in the dressing room. I found a pair of straight fit blue jeans that I liked very much, so I purchased the pair of blue jeans. The staff at the fitting room and the cashier were very helpful and professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. I have always liked Old Navy because the prices are very decent and you achieve great value for your money. The quality of the clothes is excellent and it will last you a long time if you take good care of the clothes. Old Navy will always be #1 in my book for clothes because I like the selection and value I pay for the clothes and the service is exceptional. Everyone should shop at Old Navy! Very poor signage, but it did what the company wanted, it got me in the door. In big letters the signage says 50% off all jeans Kids starting at $10 & Adults starting at 15$. In small yellow letters on white it says up to. You don't see the up to unless you are standing directly in front of the sign. So my jeans I expected to be 20$ were 25$. I'm not really Old Navy's demographic because I'm old and it has been like 10 years since I've actually been in an Old Navy. I spent 75$ on two jeans and a clearance jacket. Broken down that's $7.50 a year over the next 10 years before I probably ever go back in an Old Navy. Cashier was friendly but another young lady that passed right in front of us never spoke. She was too busy shopping and trying on cloths. She may have been off the clock, but I'm guessing she wasn't. read more

It's in a convenient location with easy parking access. It's never too crowded which is great. The only real gripe is the horrible set up of the cashiers. They're grouped in the corner next to the dressing rooms. There's no room for a line nor is one clearly set up. When a line forms it blocks access to/from the dressing room and to parts of the mens section. read more

Old Navy is a classic store & there is always something in there for everyone. I received a gift card & stopped in on their particular location because I was out running errands. While I'm there, I really didn't see anything that "caught my eye." I was looking for clothes that I could take on vacation but I felt like the stuff I liked was not worth the price listed. Now I know thing prices probably are the same in all old navy stores for the most part but I always can find something I like for a good price but did when I visited this store. I even looked for things for my 10 month old and didn't see anything that I liked. It seems like the infant section was small, and their clearance section was very small as well. I got to the store right when they opened at 10 (actually a little earlier and waited in the car for them to open) & went to the bathroom. When I was in there? It didn't look like it was cleaned the night before. There was a good amount of trash still in the trash can and some paper towels on the floor. Meaning someone didn't clean the bathroom the night before. The only thing I left with were some black flip flops & a swim hat for my daughter. read more

I thought I'd stop in here really quickly to see if I could grab a pair of swim trunks for my teen for our beach trip over fall break. Great news! I found a pair that were perfect in under five minutes. Since that didn't take long, I figured I'd check out the women's clearance for some extra flip flops. Once again, hit the jackpot! Found some for me and my teen daughter in under three minutes. Then I went back to the front of the store only to realize I'd be standing in line for another 20 minutes. I visited this store two days before Black Friday, which could explain why it was such a mess. (At least, I'm hoping that's the explanation, and it isn't always in this condition!) There were piles and piles of clothes everywhere, and I could barely navigate a shopping cart through many of the aisles because each shelf and display was jam-packed full of clothes. There was just a lot of stuff everywhere, and most of it not organized or not hanging in the right locations. But in any case, I did manage to score some really good discounted clothes, which Old Navy is good for. I especially like their kids section. The kids clothes always look great and wear great. For the price, you pretty much can't beat Old Navy. read more

This Old Navy location isn't too bad. It's not huge but big enough to have a good selection of clothing options. The shelves were stocked well and the staff did a good job of keeping the store clean and tidy. The girl in the dressing room was also very nice and friendly. They are currently having a 60% off sale so there are some pretty good deals. My issue with the store is with their "money back" program. They started a system similar to Kohl's, where you get a certain amount of money back in the form of a coupon to use at later times for every certain amount of money spent in one transaction. This is the first time I have seen this program at Old Navy. So, you are supposed to receive $10 for every $25 spent. We spent over $240 yesterday and were given a coupon for $30 "cash" to use in February. We should have received $100 worth! The guy who was ringing us up said that they were only allowed to give up to $30. That seems shady and I am definitely not happy about it, I think its false advertising. I looked online and they do state that it is the max amount. I just think they lead you to believe its more like Kohl's cash where there is no limit. I would have paid separate from my husband or not bought as much. read more

Convenient location near the Fashion Mall but without the Fashion Mall crowds. I've always found what I'm looking for in this store. There are usually lots of items in the clearance section as well. Only complaint is that the check out line always exists - even on a random Tuesday I've had to wait in line. read more

Horrible customer service . Cashiers more interested in chatting with each other then checking out customers. I was not asked for my email, if I found everything ok or if I wanted to apply for a old Navy credit card. All things that normally happen during a transaction.A sensor was left on one of my shirts and one of the cashiers snatched my bag and rummaged through it. She then haphazardly dumped my bag out on the counter located the sensor and removed it. Then she tossed the items back in the bag without even folding them back up or extending a apology. I will never shop at this OLD NAVY STORE. I will take my business to the old Navy in Greenwood where they know how to treat people. All stores are not the same. read more

I did not have the best experience at old navy today but it also was in no way the staffs fault but the other patrons. The staff at this location was all very nice, considerate, and helpful. (I will say the minus one star is because a female employee was dressed inappropriately for work and I mean her breasts were hanging out of her tank top, which was sitting lower than her bra. I don't mean to sound prudish but it looked horrible and did absolutely nothing for the image of the store.) It was dollar flip flop day and it was crazy in the store, and most of the flip flops were gone. The staff was composed, smiling and constantly moving. This location was fully stocked with multiple sizes and styles. The clearance section was great! Especially the children's clearance. Lots of great deals like normal. The downside was definitely the customer service. While standing in line to check out there was an employee staring at the growing line but not eager to help. Her lane was open but she was walking back and forth even after the only cashier working told her it was time for her break. She finally decided to start ringing up again after the line grew 6 more people. Don't know that I will go out of my way to visit this particular location again. read more

This location is a disaster! Merchandise in terrible disarray! Boxes, cutting knives laying on shelves a kid could grab it easily! No sales associate anywhere! Customers, help yourselves! When I asked about a size in certain item two women who were walking and pretended to be very "busy" I asked one about the size, she turned in front of me and asked another one and another one walked me to a guy and asked a guy to call to another store to find out if they have my desired size. After his phone call he said "they did not have the size you wanted but they had a size smaller. I asked them to hold". Guess what? I drive to that other location 30 min later and I went straight to where the item was displayed and there it was MY size (the size I had acquired about) and they told me over the phone they did not have that item in my size! This is a good example of why brick and mortar stores can't stay open. This location has the worst customer service. I ordered on-line for pick up so I could run in on my lunch hour and be on my way. Big mistake. I walk in, go to the pick up register only to be ignored. The clerk closest to me, waits on other customers while I stand there. No additional staff came up to help. What's the purpose of ordering and paying on line? I could have snatch up my items and paid quicker than my experience with the in store pickup as I had to wait while others check out and paid. Finally, she comes over, asks my name and then spends 15 minutes trying to find the bag. She is hamper by the fact that her 3 inch long nails (not an exaggeration) don't allow her to do much in the way of typing or anything really. Her hair keeps failing in her face so between the nails and the hair she can't seem to read the names on the bags. Ridiculous!! Shame on you Old Navy for not providing better service. This particular clerk has waited on me before (can't forget those awful nails) and she never has a polite word to say. Regardless of the poor service, I ALWAYS say "thank you", even to the rude young staff that doesn't know what the heck proper etiquette is.....look it up kids! Won't be back!!! read more
