The store was well organized however I am very disappointed about my encounter with the associate (her name was Karen). She was aggressive and persistent about opening a credit card and joining the rewards program but I do not shop there enough to join. When I tried to use my moms account, she would not let me and was very rude about it. When I told her I am not from here and don't come out here enough to sign up she was like "well you should be coming out here and shopping here". After I paid she said "see you could've saved $10" It was just very aggressive after I continued to tell her I do not want to sign up and was very rude overall. I'll be honest, I do primarily shop online due to some sizes I prefer not being carried in store. That being said I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience yesterday from the person at the fitting room being so helpful, the store was pretty organized and clean, and the cashier went above and beyond to make my shopping experience good. I didn't grab their name but cashier #2541627, big kudos! Only negative I could say is I wish they didn't still have to ask if you want the credit card. They don't have gift boxes for the holiday season??? But they do have boxes for sale, said the super disconnected and extremely slow customer service rep who didn't even bother to say "Thank You" after I completed a purchase. This store sucks. Good thing I'm not an Old Navy patron. I truly took one for the team today; had it not been 'tis the season I would've left empty handed. I'm not sure why this Old Navy has such low reviews. I'm not a regular but I'll stop here from time to time to look at and try their t-shirts. Honestly their t-shirts aren't that different from most other stores but it's tough to beat their prices on them. I don't understand the Old Navy cash and a lot of the other perks. If you ask a sales associate for help they help you. They aren't overzealous and they don't just approach you but they are always pleasant. Sure, some of the merchandise does not hold up but when you're scoring $8 t-shirts here do we expect them to last more than one season? read more

I usually love old navy but this one's employees are always so rude. They are super judgy and seems like they are trying to not listen to you. I recommend either the one in lake st. louis or sunset hills. Those two are always perfect. This store is also always dirty with clothes absolutely everywhere. Really don't recommend this store!! Typically I do not care for this store. I only order old navy online and come to the store for returns. The line is always so long and moves so slow. However, today they had someone who could process a return at the front door. In and out in less than 5 minute. He was super quick and super friendly. Hopefully this quicker trend continues. read more

I walked in at 11am on a Thursday to pick up some jeans, and the store looked like it is just recovering from a Xmas rush. (In the middle of January?) The lack of organization made it difficult to shop. On the positive side, the staff was nice. This could be a result of understaffing. Not sure. read more

There are pros and cons to being an employee here. For the sake of helping others, I will list mostly the cons. The customers are very cheap and always want their discounts, which I don't blame them for by any means because the merchandise is quite pricey, it did get aggravating though. Now onto my store; it is always messy and dirty, the pre-approved music is annoying and repetitive, and my fellow associates and managers were not all nice. 85% of the people working at my store fall into the category of {wanting to leave the moment they arrive and here only for money} and 15% of them {enjoying the job and wanting to advance into management positions} I found myself part of both at times. No disrespect to people who actually care about the job, but they take it way too seriously and tried their best to berate others in the most ludicrous ways as possible over the tiniest of details. This is not Google Inc. The company itself tries way too hard to sell customers their Old Navy Card, which is basically a useless credit card with a high interest rate and low benefit, which if you do not shop at old navy everyday, proves to be a financial burden (customers constantly told me that "it was a mistake to sign up for your card" and that it was a "scam"). The managers favor employees who sell more cards, if you don't sell cards, you are a terrible employee who deserves less respect as compared to those who sell many cards, you will not be put on register unless there is a huge rush and will be put in fitting room where you see a combination of the employees who are either rude or unpresentable (sometimes a combination of both). They also told us that we couldn't have fewer than 30% of our customers (that we ring at the register) give us their email address, they get super aggravated if you don't meet the quota. I did enjoy the employee discount (the few times that I used it) but it is not all that spectacular. I am relieved that I could move on after high school and go to college so I will never have to work another useless and unintellectual job like this in my life. Hint for customers: do not buy anything or sign up for anything that Old Navy offers because the associates pressure you to do so for discounts, because the discounts offered do not help that much and it is just a way for the store to sell more merchandise. read more

I fully understand that the store was in disarray after Black Friday weekend but the wait to check out/return an item was absurd. They had one poor girl working the registers while approximately 7 other employees worked around the store (slowly might I add) arranging shelves and signage etc. Numerous employees saw 6 of us waiting in line and did nothing to come and assist the girl at the registers. Besides those of us in line to check out there were barely a handful of other people in the store. I find it completely ridiculous that I just had to wait over 20 minutes to exchange an item when the store was dead and multiple employees could've come up make things move faster. I feel sorry for the shoppers that plan to visit Old Navy during a busier time the season. read more

Hadn't shopped at Old Navy in years and decided to give it another shot. I purchased some items online and their sizes are a lot larger than average, so they didn't all work out for me and had to return them at this store today. It started off good when I entered - I was handed a coupon and the greeter was friendly. I was going to look around for other stuff, but the layout of this store is absolute chaos and not easy to find things compared to other Old Navy stores. I've been to. The guy doing my return was making rude remarks to me the whole time and making snide comments about my return. I was shocked that him and another female cashier were laughing at his rude remarks. This guy was a grade A jerk and shouldn't be allowed to work retail. Will not be returning to this store ever again. read more
