So, by their name, you might never guess, but, these guys are knife experts! I was looking for…read moresomeone in Naples to sharpen my knives and scissors and couldn't find anyone to do the job. Found them on Yelp. This company just recently started a knife sharpening service for retail customers (they have been doing it for many local restaurants for YEARS). Took my knives and scissors in at 1pm and they said they would be ready the next day. Great! However, they were ready by 4pm that very same day! Granted, it is off season but, wow! We picked them up and met Alex, who demonstrated how sharp our knives were now by easily slicing through a piece of paper. I was impressed. Alex then took us into his shop to show us how he did his magic. He said that they have also, for generations, sold a variety of knives, from value to the highest end German products at extremely competitive prices. Alex and his team (including their new puppy!) could not have been more friendly and welcoming A very sincere and well-earned 5 stars.

By far, the best pharmacy I have ever worked with!…read more The entire team is friendly, accommodating, responsive, and genuinely caring. I worked with them for years managing my mom's medications, and Sabrina consistently went above and beyond. She provided incredibly personalized service and would even call me to double-check medication changes and make sure everything was correct. For anyone helping a loved one who has difficulty managing or consistently taking medications, I highly recommend asking about the medication-packaging service offered by the Apothecary. It was truly a game-changer for my mom and made managing her medications so much easier and safer. Their friendly home-delivery service was another wonderful benefit and just one more example of the exceptional care this team provides. This is so much more than a pharmacy--it is a team of people who genuinely care about their customers and their families. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, attention, and personalized service they provided to my mom and me over the years. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Three things stood out to me here. 1) The sell in bulk When I say bulk, I mean: Amounts from 1/2oz to a bale (160oz)! Yes you read that right. 2) No medical marijuana card needed! In Florida!? Nice! 3) They accept credit card for payment. This is the first time I've been to a dispensary that allows payment of anything besides cash. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend checking them out.

While here, my wife and I both ordered some smoothies. I can't recall the ones we had but they were memorable because we have always said, "next time back in Naples, we are returning here". A year later, we kept to our word and returned.... still delicious. Now it's been quite a few years since our last visit; even the location of the smoothie shop/stand was relocated but I had no worries the smoothies would still be great. No one was in line but we also noticed no one at the counter taking orders or making smoothies... no big deal, we waited for a moment. Now others are in line behind us and my wife was going to walk over to the main store and ask if anyone is available but then a girl appeared from a door to a back area.... With about 8 other people behind us at this point she didn't even acknowledge the line... the lady behind us yelled if anyone was able to take an order. She gestured one moment with her hands but was cutting fruit. Another girl came into the smoothie shop and also did not acknowledge the line.... With 8 other people in line, the lady behind us gave up and walked away. We were going to yell over to the girls (both cutting and/or prepping something else) but we were just annoyed at this point and figured it's just not worth it. Maybe an off day but poor service can sure ruin an experience....
