When I am ready to purchase I will drive over to this location and buy from them. Very helpful on prices and sizes, let me walk around and look. Told me the advantages of each unit and even gave me a flyer, yep I know anyone can do this, but they really went the extra mile. I was not pressured into trying to buy something, I wasn't told about the deal that ends today and told if I buy tomorrow it will cost more. Not of that garbage. Since I am in Liberty Twp, he even recommend I check on zoning, which I did and this reminded me why I don't like government at times... Money for nothing and taxes for everything. Even just to replace my existing unit a building permit ok, I get that, but if I went bigger than I need a second building permit and to file multiple copies of a building plan... ugh Can't I just email one copy and you send it. Sorry for the rant. These people are the best in the area, come see them if you need a shed or a small garage, or make it into a large playhouse for the kids. They have you covered.

Even beyond all of the logistics of building my deck, the pride and knowledge in what they do along with their positive attitude made it clear that I had hired the best. They distribute Cricket Valley Structures Sheds, which is located in Georgetown, Ohio. If at all possible have them delivery your shed pre-built as it'll save you hundreds over a built-on-site construction. In addition, pre-built shed come painted whereas build-on-site only come primed. I spent a month comparing prices between all the sheds sold at big box stores and other shed distributors. I am confident in saying that they make the best shed in their price range. They offer options like a workbench, shutters, doors and windows in addition to paint colors and siding choices to customize however you want. I am really impressed with the DuraTemp plywood siding, which has a 50 year warranty. Delivery was also impressive. I just had to open my fence 1' wider than the shed (11'). They bring it to your house on a trailer then use a a Shed Mule to place it precisely where you want it. They didn't tear up the yard and delivery from start to finish was 45-minutes. Overall I'd definitely buy through Westside Shed again. The entire process could not of been any easier or more seamless.

The guy at needashed, Jim, was a very nice, honest man. He wasn't a pushy salesman, just gave us all the details & info that we needed. We purchased the shed through him & he gave us an estimated delivery date that was about 3 weeks out from the purchase date. He forwards the purchase info on to the Cricket company, who then begins to build our shed & calls with a more exact delivery date/time once the shed is complete. They offer many different sheds in all styles & even offer painted ones! They can deliver it to your house already built or they can build on-site, however I believe he said there was additional cost for that & they won't paint it in-site, so then you have to paint it yourself. Most of their sheds come with metal roofs, however for an additional charge they will do shingles. The guys who delivered the shed actually got to our house after the sun had went down, which was a little later than the expected arrival time, so I was a bit nervous because we had no lights that far back in the yard, but they did a great job! Comes with a warranty as well. Highly recommend.

The staff are helpful and the prices are definitely reduced, but the items in the store usually have scratches, dents, or other flaws. That being said, you can often find items that you can easily patch yourself or display in a way that minimizes the damage, if you're okay with that. I was nervous to visit during the pandemic, but we wanted to visit since we've been remodeling our house during the lockdown. The staff greeting shoppers outside were friendly and had hand sanitizer for everyone. They provided recommendations for social distancing in-store and explained when large item pick up would be. Once we got into the store, however, the idea of social distancing was out the window. Everyone had a mask on, but there were constantly people all around me, in the narrow aisle ways, squeezing past instead of taking a way around that was clearly available but would require a few more steps. I felt relatively uncomfortable and unsafe inside. As far as the products for sale go, they have a great variety -- chandeliers, lamps, sheets, curio cabinets, chairs, sofas, dining tables and chairs-- you name it! The prices are deeply discounted and the store even runs sales on top of the low prices. I found a unique lamp, a dining room chandelier, a laundry room light, and a chandelier for our rental property. Overall, my experienced at the Ballard Designs outlet was successful in terms of shopping, but the social distancing was lacking, so I felt nervous being there.
