I recently had an issue and reached out for help, and I was honestly so impressed by their kindness and willingness to help. It's one thing to have customer service, but it's another to feel like a company genuinely cares about its customers. I always enjoy visiting At Home. They have such a wide variety of products at really good prices,…read moreand it's one of my go-to spots when I'm decorating or refreshing a space. On my most recent visit, I was on the hunt for an entryway rug. I was impressed to see there were four aisles dedicated just to rugs, so there were plenty of options to choose from. I wasn't sure what size I needed, but they had a rug dimension layout on the floor, which made it so much easier to visualize what would work best in my space. I ended up finding the perfect rug. I also noticed a lot of Valentine's items marked down to 75% off, which was a great deal. This is definitely a place to check out after holidays if you want to get a head start on next year's decorations without paying full price. Overall, a great shopping experience with lots of variety and value.

Curiosity got the best of me and I ventured inside after I purchased some treats from Yum. I'm a fan of vintage keepsake Christmas ornaments, along with Norman Rockwell and Thomas Kinkade Christmas collectibles, so I never pass up an opportunity to browse a good antique shop. I was pleased with the setup, and enjoyed wandering the multitude of rooms that held items of all categories for sale from local vendors. It was nice to see that everything was neatly arranged, easy to shop, and free from clutter. Seeing the different rotary phones, vintage casserole dishes, and countless volumes of Better Homes and Gardens cookbooks brought back fond memories of Grandma's house. Tis the season, so Christmas trees were abundant, beautifully decorated with ornaments for sale. The prices were more than fair, and I was able to snag a 1991 Oreo Christmas cookie tin and a 1997 JCPenney Norman Rockwell collectible ornament for under ten dollars! A big thank you to the two cheerful ladies at the front counter, who were more than happy to help me find my treasures! All in all, a highly rewarding experience! Regardless of what you're into for collectibles, you'll probably find it here. It's is packed with different vendors and collectibles of all kinds. There were also a ton of sales going on. The main reason for the sales though, that I could see, was that the price point here is much higher for similar items you could find at other vintage shops. Staff very friendly and informative, clean, packed with great stuff, just a high price point keeps this place from being stellar. Still recommend you give them a try if you're into collectibles and vintage goods.

I didn't have time to really look at all they had, but it stayed on my mind all day, while I was at work. It must have been a sign to get it before the sale is over. I needed fabric for 2 projects. One is a royal blue, and they had the perfect fabric for this one. The other one, I needed a gold color. I saw one, I was unsure, but since it was on sale, I decided to get it. I only needed 2 yards. The fabric department is busy! I was like the 3rd in line. It was a gentleman assisting everyone, he was very nice and super friendly. When it got to me, there was an employee trade off, she asked him to go and assist a gentleman, that needed something heavy or big taken down. As the lady assisted me, she asked me what I was going to make, I told her a couple of headboards. She was shocked. We were talking about the person I follow on YouTube Yoduvh Essentials, I showed her a couple of videos, I think she is now inspired to do a project as well. I didn't get everything I need for the project, because the other stuff never goes on sale. But at least I got the material.

Dealing with setting up the install of the decor and the time it took to have everything completed was ridiculous as I was promised a quicker turn around. If you are on some type of time crunch or you actually want to get an itemized receipt to know what your budget money went to then look somewhere else. I sent Marlena my budget money check on Sept 29, 2017 and it was received beginning of October 2017. I was told once it was received they aim to have everything completed within 4-6 weeks. With multiple text to Marlena following up the install of everything and decor was completed on February 8, 2018. FIVE months later, I finally had it completed. I was given every excuse possibly as to why it kept getting put off. I am happy that is has been completed but I asked for a receipt to see where exactly my money went and never got one OF COURSE. Just beware and read the reviews on BBB before hiring this company. If I had read the reviews I would have went with someone else as it seems I am not the only one that has had to deal with this issue.
