My wife and I stopped by their showroom just before Christmas, not knowing we needed an appointment. Aron invited us in and took his time showing us all the designs and color options. We had selected a color we thought would be perfect, but Aron made sure we took home other color swatches, and thankfully, he did. Our final choice was not what we originally picked out, not for the color nor for the table. Once we made our purchase, Illusion reached out to schedule a delivery date. She was very helpful and clarified details about our installation site and setup. We wish all delivery and installation processes were run this smoothly. Our date was set, information was provided, and the team, Ricardo and Christian, showed up on time. They were very professional, ensured they knew where we wanted the table, and set up the installation. I did mention that the patio furniture would sit about 19" from the edge of the table, and I saw them using a tape measure, ensuring they placed the table just right. Got to love their attention to detail. Our experience with Lumacast and their team was top-notch. Everything went smoothly, they have fantastic tables, and while you might think their prices are high, they are definitely worth it, as they are not your run-of-the-mill tables. If we ever need another fire table, Lumacast will be our first stop.

Sometimes a company makes exceptional products, and sometimes a company provides exceptional…read moreservice. It's rare when a company does both, but Lumacast is the real deal. They make the most beautiful, architecturally interesting and solidly built fire features on the market, full stop. They also have an incredibly friendly and responsive approach to customer service. I called Lumacast after discovering their products online, and someone took about 20 minutes to talk through everything, options, styles, colors, etc., and the pros and cons of each. It turns out the person who took all that time with me (at the time, not a paying customer) was Zachary, the owner of Lumacast. I ended up purchasing a 62" Bloc for the patio of our new house, and a couple of months later it arrived, 500 pounds of cast concrete in all its glory. Even after it was hooked up, Zachary spent time with me over email dialing in the gas pressure and the lava rocks to make sure the feature was operating at peak efficiency. The Bloc turned out amazingly well, and is a showpiece of our backyard. Everyone who has come to the house mentions it, and asks where we got it. It's a statement and a conversation starter, and I love having it for cool Oregon evenings. If you need a fire feature, stop looking, and buy a Lumacast.

There were a few other couples in our session, but it still felt intimate and personal. For $150, we were able to make three creations of anything we wanted during the 1 hour and 30 minute class. We had so much fun the entire time. The studio itself is super cute and clean, which made the experience even better. Pinch is such a perfect way to introduce yourself, your partner, or your friends to pottery. If you're new, they teach you the basics and guide you through everything if you need help. They also have a ton of different glaze colors to choose from, which I loved. Definitely will be coming back again!

There is an ABM Parking lot right across the street from the East Curb line, $10 for 12hrs of parking, on a Saturday Night that is great for downtown. The staff here was Wyathe and Shelby. They were very good with teaching our group the ways to produce beautiful pottery. The class is $90/person and that includes the instructional 45mins class plus 1 pottery item. If you want to add more items, it's $10/additional item. With the time I had left I opted to do 1 additional item. This allowed me to form and create another small bowl to complete a set of 2. I plan to use them for individual rice and meat dishes at work lunch. Wonderful party, we were allowed to bring light Hor d'oevres and juices and water for the group. Nice time and I highly recommend.

They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

The next choice was repair vs. replacement. The workmanship is perfect and Patio Guys picked up and delivered 21 pieces for a nominal charge. Thanks Henry and all of the guys at Patio Guys!
