While we were walking to the apartment, I saw her stop not once, but TWICE to pick up a cigarette butt. I was impressed by, from what I could tell, how much she cared about how clean it was there. It was clean enough already that I didn't even notice those on the ground, but she did. I don't know about you, but I don't want to live in a trashy place and its really reassuring that the staff feels that way too. Also, the apartment smelled good, which was a bonus. Warrensburg hasn't been great with the apartments in town so I was pleasantly surprised by this small thing. For the record, ended up leasing a 4bd. Go take a look and then come be my neighbor!

We are completely happy, and extremely grateful for his honesty, and careful checking of our roof. We were actually more than a little bit worried due to the age of our roof being over 30 years old... plus we had some damage on the roof edge over our porch... rotting out the fascia board, and damaging some of the under framing. Many shingles had blown off over the last year. As it turned out, all of our main beams were sound on the roof edge, and they even removed the gutter, installed a new fascia, and put the gutter back... along with replacing the plywood! Naturally some decking boards needed replacing, but it turns out only a few were needed beyond what he was already including to start with. They arrived shortly before 7am and left roughly 12 hours later with a beautiful, sound roof installed. Possibly what I appreciated most, is the simple fact that we could trust Josh to be honest, and realistic with us. He answered all my husbands questions quickly, and was very polite from the start. While his team was cleaning up, and using a magnet for nails, he chatted with my husband and we shared a laugh about various other companies sales pitches. Josh was thorough, and definitely included a solid amount of quality material for the cost. Honestly, he provided the best deal for the best price, and we had 6 roofers give bids! We are worry-free and satisfied, knowing our roof was in such capable hands. So much so that we're sending Morton Roofing over to my husband's sister, who needs her roof looked at and will greatly enjoy the shortcut when we tell her... 'no worries sis, you can trust Josh'. Thank you endlessly, we will recommend Morton Roofing, and Josh any chance we get. Christa & Rich

I would not recommend renting from Taigan Plummer as a landlord or property manager…read more I lived at this residence for three years before she became the property manager, and during that time I never had issues with prior landlords. I always paid rent and maintained a good relationship with previous management. Since Plummer took over management, the experience has been extremely concerning. I have repeatedly raised issues about maintenance and tenant safety that were ignored or never properly addressed. For example, my neighbor has smoked inside their unit and the smoke travels directly through the vents into my home. Despite reporting this multiple times, nothing was done. There have also been serious maintenance issues. Plumbing problems have been ongoing, and mold under my kitchen counter remained unresolved for months. Water damage was never properly cleaned, and the outdoor drainage appears to be missing a covering, which led to a frog infestation inside the property. These problems were reported several times without meaningful response. In addition, I experienced inappropriate behavior from the maintenance worker who was sent to the home. I reported this but did not receive any follow-up or support. Instead of addressing the issues, my concerns were dismissed. I have documentation of many of these problems, including photos, text messages, and recordings. The property also failed a housing inspection during this time. Based on my experience with communication, maintenance response, and tenant safety concerns, I cannot recommend this landlord or property management. I have screenshot text messages, audio, recordings, video, recordings, and pictures.

It took several hours but one employee showed up late that evening. He explained that he could have a crew come out over night to start the cleanup. To keep from being charged "off hour" fees, I told him to hold off until the morning and he said they would be out at 8am. We asked for an estimate of how much the cleanup would cost. He stated it would be between $2000-$5000. I asked if he could be more precise. He said it was hard to say, but he estimated that it would be closer to the $2000 level. Workers didn't show up until around 5pm the next 2 days even after giving an 8am estimated start time. We asked 2 or 3 more times for an estimate on the cost. Each time, they repeated the $2000-$5000 range, but closer to the $2000. We called, and the office workers explained that the crew chief would be better to estimate it. After the 2 days of cleanup, they left their machines for a few more days and stopped by once a day to check their meters. I asked for the total bill and they still didn't know. I called 2 or 3 more times and was told they were still "working on" the bill. After 2 weeks, we received a bill of over $12,000. The bill and 330 pages of supporting documents arrived in an email. It took them more time to create the bill than they spent working in my house. How can that be?!?! How can they be that far off in their estimate? When I called and spoke to the management, they said I should have asked for an estimate first. We did. He said we shouldn't have asked the workers for an estimate. How were we to know that? If you send an employee out to my house, he is your representative. Unless he says otherwise, he is authorized to give estimates. ServPro manager says they won't change the bill.
