My landlord was Donna, and if you like being blatantly ignored- then go right ahead and rent from her. Even when it came to plumbing emergencies, her response was less than sub par. It took her over three months to replace almost all Of the broken window screens. We had knobs missing from drawers and holes cut out of carpets, not to mention a broken door and cracks all over the walls and in the foundation. When our hot water went out, it took over a week to get someone out to us. Then when Donna came over, she said she didn't have an electrician available for the faulty circuit -which was the problem- and said she would just YouTube it. Are you nuts?! Thankfully the plumber knew what he was doing. This apartment was just full of problems and bordered on slum land lording. We ended up fixing things ourselves because she LITERALLY would ignore my texts and calls. Our neighbors said they had to threaten to withhold rent before she would do anything. Finally it took her over 30 days to return my full deposit which is against Missouri law. This lady spends more time taking pictures for billboards than investing time in her clients. It's insulting and disrespectful. FYI Landlords don't just work from Mon-Fri. Have some respect!
