Tammy was very sweet and observant with how I was feeling, making sure my eyes were stinging, the light wasn't too bright, and that I was comfortable. The lash studio was superrrrr clean and it smelled... amazing! the lash removal cream she used also smelled so so good. Everything in this place just smells tutti frutti! While she was taking my lashes off, she educated me some bit on how lashes work, whats the best kind of curl to have for my eyes, how to make them last longer, how to wash them properly and so on. It made the atmosphere very friendly and not awkward at all. I heavily recommended this place to my mom so she can try it out. Though I only got my lashes removed, I'd like to try her actual lash extensions when I am back for a longer period of time!

I low key did not want to write a review for fear of people overwhelming my Emily with appointments. Speaking of appointments, you can easily schedule and pay online or call/text. They are really flexible. They are located in the middle of a shopping center but I never have any problems with parking. It's safe, very clean and tranquil. Expect about 2 hours for a full set and half the time for a refill. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I only have to go once a month ($105+tip)! And I scrub my lashes everyday with a cleanser!

Then she canceled on me and sent me to someone else ok no big deal. The lady Ali I believe her name was greeted me wasn't very welcoming but Watever. She proceeds to put on nice soothing music nice right until she gets a phone call and talks the whole time in Spanish. Very rude and not professional. I tell her I'm burning she wasn't even paying attention . She finishes my lashes and instead of giving me the mirror she looks at herself . I'm usually last minute and they always do their best to squeeze me in. They had a promotional price when I first started going which changed after a few months, but it was not a major deal. My lashes are always to my liking, I usually have to ask for more lashes as I like a fuller look but I'm always met with corporation. If I feel like overnight or after a few days too many lashes have fallen off, I'm always told that I can come right in to fix the problem. The shop is quite far from me but I get great quality lashes that it is not a major deal. Overall, I definitely recommend ideal lash.

And now that I have a difference place to compare to, I'm astounded by the results. I am extremely pleased with my results here. Pan is a certified Xtreme lash stylist and is very professional. The quality of the lash is significantly different! At the Lash Studio, the lashes were a bit thick and heavy that it blocked my eyesight view. They were really fake close up and feels hard that I would hurt myself just from washing my face in the morning; they were not comfortable at all. Xtreme lash from VX Lash Studio feels and looks NATURAL and SOFT, they are feather light and doesn't bother my eyesight. I'm excited about this discovery. I would highly recommend making an appointment online with Pan if you want the best, just give it a try and I promise you'll be super happy you did.

This location was closer and by the time the rain went down, I was able to schedule an appointment. On getting here, I was pretty impressed with the interior and how clean it was. A lady name Virginia walked out from the back and handed me a questionnaire and waiver form to sign. My pain threshold is really low so as always I was very nervous. Virginia did an amazing job, alternating the wax with ice. She also took her time to ensure that everything was taken care of. This was the least pain I've ever felt getting a Brazilian wax. I'll highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be returning and referring all my friends here. PS: There's a groupon for $31.
