With my infant, we had issues with eating and although I didn't push to see a specialist she made a referral right away. Her staff is also caring. Whether they are in the room taking vitals or if I am just passing through the hallway to get parking validation - they are always always so kind to my children. Dr. Waipa is caring, practical, and also truthful when it comes to any matters concerning my children. I appreciate how she communicates her honestly with integrity and care. Baby girl had just a touch of jaundice so she thought it best to make an appointment for the next day to make sure it didn't get worse. It didn't. Anyhoo, we've had a few visits already and the wait is never too long after our scheduled appointment. She also very sweet and usually acknowledges any weird baby things that actually aren't weird before I even ask. Call backs are also fast for any of my concerned mama questions. She takes her time to examine my baby and she even helped me latch my baby to make sure she was breastfeeding ok. We are usually seen right away. Her exam rooms are on the smaller side. So I wouldn't bring any large strollers. The only thing is that you always have to pay for parking. They only validate for 30 minutes. The visit is always longer than that, by time you park and get upstairs and then downstairs. Also they only accept cash. I never have cash on me. The girl in the front said they can't give more than one validation sticker. I get my hair done in the same building and never have to pay for parking. That's my only complaint.

At the time, the only doctor available was Dr. Morita, who we loved instantly. It's been 7 years and she has been so wonderful with our children, very patient, and she relates well to the little ones. Our oldest is autistic and struggles with going to the doctor but she's always so easy-going with him, is super flexible with his comfort levels, is always on top of where he is at with his autism services, and offers advice and referrals whenever needed. Our little one (4) loves going to see "Dr. Dorita" and when we drive by the building, he shouts "my doctor's office". Dr. Morita's assistant, Daniel, has also been amazing, he's always so good with the kids and very patient and calm when my son freaks out about shots. He's usually there as soon as we walk in and will just wave us into the room. We have never had to wait more than a minute or two, which is a relief when you have three kids who won't sit still. I haven't really had to deal with the front desk staff, usually we just talk to Daniel or Dr. Morita, so I can't speak much to that area of the practice. We also really like that there is always a doctor available if Dr. Morita is out. The other two doctor's we've seen there have been really nice and equally as patient with our kiddos. We're moving out of state and are going to miss Dr. Morita and Daniel very much! We highly recommend you take your kiddos here, they've been so wonderful to our family!

Her doctor was one of her first visitors at the hospital the day she was born. All documents and reminded are sent via email or text message and they have apps for your phone to do check ins and updates with doctor. I love the care and attention to detail they provide here. My baby's doctor is Mary Nino and she is such a sweetheart! I recommend her to anyone that needs a pediatric doctor who is willing to go above an beyond to meet your baby's needs. The office facility is located in town with plenty of parking. Once you get to the door, they require you to wear a mask and take everyone's temperature that's coming in. The office itself is decorated and beautiful and colorful animal paintings on every wall. The examination rooms are also decorated in art and the whole atmosphere feels so welcoming and child friendly. The ladies working the front desk are also very helpful, courteous and friendly.
