She is from Venezuela and is an incredibly talented individual. Isabel is a journalist, announcer, actress and speech specialist. I met another co-founder, Yadira, about a year ago. She is from Honduras and has been super engaged in our community. She is a social communicator, marketing specialist, corporate event entertainer and broadcaster. More recently, I had a chance to meet the third co-founder, Odra, also from Venezuela. She is a university professor, journalist and life coach. Together, all three of them complement each other perfectly. Soy Más in Spanish means I am More, which is appropriate since they provide personal development training and coaching, specifically focused in communication, at no cost to attendees. They offer a six-week program focused on personal purpose, identity, positive mindset, assertive and effective communication. It is the only organization in Tulsa offering these kind of courses 100% in Spanish. They also offer special workshops on specific topics. I attended one focused on speaking in public without fear. The session was fun, dynamic, engaging, and practical. It was held at Tulsa Tech campus on Memorial, which is a beautiful facility. Each attendee received worksheets to take notes and work on activities throughout the session. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their interpersonal skills! Es profesora universitaria, periodista y life coach.

There was a police vehicle at the end of the road by the BMX track. The children's water feature looks very fun. There are playgrounds. There is a soccer complex and sports complex. There are baseball, softball and T-ball fields. BMX track, disc golf by the BMX track. There are picnic tables and covered shelters. By the boat ramp is a view of the river and picnic table. In that same area is a half court basketball court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball courts. There is a stage type area that looks like it is for concerts on the grass. The trees are tall and offer nice shade. The breeze can keep you cool under the high canopy of the cottonwood trees. If you like birds, this place is full of orioles, flycatchers, warblers, nice sparrows and the usual nice birds of the area. :-)

They'll walk on both the right & left lanes & get upset if you ask them to excuse you. Then when I go and explain my problems the workers basically don't care (I assume because I'm in my 20's complaining about someone in their 50's) in my opinion the workers are ageist , and won't help out unless you're apart of the older generation. Its a great facility, but the employees are terrible and the people who go there are rude.
