I moved to a third pump and the screen said to see the cashier before fueling. 0 for 3 on working pumps. When traveling by car, gas is high enough without scrambling at the last minute to find a place to sleep before you hit the road again. Since I didn't know the area, I had to drain my iPhone AND gas tank trying to locate another place. When you are a woman alone, you want some place that is well-lit, near a bathroom, and a lot of business coming and going to prevent break-ins or the chance of getting raped. I had become reliant on the Flying J or Pilot, and now I can't. I also understand that one bought out the other, so the ban on overnight parking is probably standard now. Shame on the owners of those travel centers.

Pretty standard fueling station outside the large Kroger located along Southport Road. I like that…read morethey have enough distance from the main parking area of the grocery so as not to impede access in and out of the fueling bays. There is a person in a small booth in the center of the bays for most of the day (except for the overnight shift). If you wish to pick up one of the propane tanks, buy ice, or rock salt that are stored there, you have to go to the booth to acquire those.
