Dr. Okazaki has proved to be the best Chiropractor I've ever been treated by. He doesn't just go through the motions, he really understands what you need and has so many different treatments and tools to make your experience great. He is a very sincere person and his staff are all super kind. read more

Dr. Okazaki and his staff are extremely professional. He is the absolute best. He knows the inner workings of the human body so well, that you don't even have to tell him where it hurts. I would recommend him to everyone. read more

I've been coming to Okazaki for a few years now. Before him, I went to The Joint to get adjusted but Okazaki is a game changer. I was referred to him by my cousin who is in acupuncture so he's very knowledgeable in the field of health and wellness and he didn't steer me wrong. Okazaki always fixes my stiff neck if I end up sleeping on the wrong side and my alignment, muscle tension in my breathing muscles are always improved after stepping out of his office. His treatments also include a really nice pressure point massage that I always enjoy. I've sent my mother to him as well and she rarely ever says good things about anybody -- but we both can agree that Okazaki is amazing. read more

I've been having problems with my hip and neck for a long time. Since the doctor I had so much trust had to leave the city, I came across this place to try it out. To get straight into my point, I did not feel better or looser at all after the treatment. I am disappointed as well as sad that the treatment didn't help me at all after paying a lot of money. The office was old and clean. It had the same vibe as the other chiropractor I visited. The treatment the doctor provided are electric therapy, massage, and the usual treatment that twist and crack your body. Electric therapy was great. Well, it's done by a machine so that couldn't be bad. His massage was focused on deep tissue and it felt like it will help me at the moment but I did not feel relieved or relaxed after. My neck was still tight and so my hips. Lastly, I do not think the cracking and twisting did much to my body either. Overall, I came in stiff and then left exactly the same after the treatment. I did not feel different on the next day at all. My neck is still stiff and my hip is still sore. Hopefully, my journey of looking for the right physician ends soon. read more

With a parent as a Chiropractor, I saw and experienced first-hand how truly exceptional Chiropractors can drastically improve well-being. After a family member gave Dr. Okazaki glowing reviews, I visited him and found him to be truly exceptional. His treatment was absolutely effective, targeted, yet thorough, and highly educational. Thanks so much, Dr. Okazaki, and for your wonderful treatment, preventative stretches and for your talented team!! read more

I am not one to leave reviews, but this is way over due. Highly recommend Dr. Okazaki. My first visit, I walked out of there walking on clouds. I went back on my own because Dr Okazaki is that good! And will continue to go and recommending. He is a true professional and kind, genuine person. read more

I've tried acupuncture & other Chiropractors, but Dr. Okazaki "actually" fixed me. Nothing and nobody else could turn my back pain down from a 7 on a 1-10 scale and he got it to zero. Amazing!!! read more

It's hard to find a knowledgeable chiropractor. I hate to write this because it took me 2 weeks to get in as it is. However, Dr Okazaki was well worth the wait. I could barely turn my neck to the right and he got to the root of my issue in 1 visit. I've had 1 chiropractor in 10 years that's been able to do this and he is in another state. I highly recommend him- he knows the spine and soft tissue. He started with muscle stimulation, topped with heat, then some massage to help with the inflammation, then an adjustment. I feel sooo much better! Thank you, thank you Dr. Okazaki!!! read more

I highly recommend this clinic.Dr. Okazaki is the best! I have been going here since 2014. Clinic is clean, plenty of parking, staff is great and accommodating. They have late hours for appointment and open on Saturdays. read more

I have always suffer from bad posture . When I tried to be good and keep my back str8 it will give me pain and cause me to hump over instead. When I mad wan appt to see dr. Okazaki it was amazing! I was scared that it will crack my back and hurt. And I was worry about him leaving me more in pain but was I wrong. The whole experience was truly amazing Check in was simple and easy. And then the doctor evaluates your back. After depending on your needs I got the hot compress electric stimulated massage and it felt amazing! Afterwards he explains to you that it's not actually cracking your back. It's more of adjusting. Then he begins to do some adjusting and it felt so good! Turly a master ! In the end . My back was completely fixed! I was able to finally walk str8, sit with a str8 back and not have pain from it . read more

Best chiropractor in all of San Diego. I suggest booking early as it is hard to get in but so worth it.

I appreciate this place so much! Coming from Taiwan, I find it challenging to find a chiropractor that practices some East Asian style of Chiropractics. Dr. Okazaki always did a thorough check of my whole body every time I go in. A session is usually 45 minutes. They don't take my insurance (Athem Blue Cross) but their price is very affordable ($65/session). Not too difficult to schedule and was always able to do late afternoon/early evening appointment. read more

I have been here three times and I can honestly say I will never go to anyone else. Okazaki is the true definition of the Medicine Man. He uses his hands to feel the tension. I recommend him to my friend and now she loves him. He feels toe to head and can tell you where the pain is!!!! Never been to anyone with such expertise. He really is amazing and you can tell he has worked on athletes. read more

I have been coming here for a couple years now from personal reference from my wife and her coworkers. Let me tell you, Dr. Okazaki knows his stuff. Every time I visit him, I will tell him what's been bothering me. He spends extra attention to the issue. He will also massage before the adjustments where he will find and trouble points and address them. You won't be disappointed coming here. Give them a call! read more

I wish I could give this place 1 million stars because it's just that good. Dr. Okazaki is simply amazing. I've been to many chiropractors over my lifetime and never have I been to one like this (in the best possible way). Never have I had a doctor or chiropractor be so incredibly through. I try to refer all of my friends and family to this place. Staff is great too. Everyone really makes you feel like they care and they want you to feel as best as can be. Everytime I leave this office I feel like a brand new person, a better person, physically and mentally. read more

Dr.Okazaki is a life saver!! I had a knee pain and a back pain and after one visit the pain was gone. Thank you so very much Dr.Okazaki!!

Dr. Okazaki is a master of his art. He spends time with his clients and their history. It's clear he knows what he is doing. He is very sweet and respectful and so is his admin. read more

I've been coming to Okazaki Chiropractic for over a year now, and like the services very much. Okazaki-san is very polite, friendly and good at his profession. The staff is all Japanese, and fluent in English. I would say 90%+ of the clients are Japanese as well, but don't let that make you feel as if you have to be Japanese to come here! Okazaki offers more than just a snap, crackle, and pop service. They have x-ray machines, massage chairs, electrical devices (don't know what they are called) that send waves of electricity to "shock" your muscles... much like the ones used for ab toning, remember that fad? Just bigger and more specific use that actually works, not burns off fat from lazy fat people. Also check with your Insurance company, most companies cover Chiro for a certain amount of visits with no out-of-pocket cost except the co-pay up front. read more

I just finished my first session with Dr. Okazaki. Couldn't be happier. The experience was 10X better than 2 other chiropractors I'd seen in the past. And those were good experiences. I highly recommend Okazaki Chiropractic. read more

Okazaki-san is da man! This place gives off a spa-like feel and delivers ultimate healing. I usually go in for my routine maintenance and alignment, similar to a car, and leave feeling jaunty and magical. I never jaunt right afterwards though because that would be counterproductive. I save the jaunting for the next day. My main problem is tension and tightness along with marginal pain mainly in the shoulder/upper back areas. I jockey a keyboard all day, so it makes sense, no? Not to mention, I bust out some sweet dance moves on the weekends. Okazaki-san makes me forget I have these problems. He is a genius, a master, and an overall sweet, caring guy. I'd like to take him out for some ramen and a beer sometime, but that would probably violate some sort of doctor/patient ethics thing or something. Plus that's a bit weird, yeah? read more

I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Michihiro Okazaki. I have gone to chiropractors my entire life and, in fact, have 3 chiropractors in my family in AZ. Dr. Okazaki is by far the BEST doctor I have ever been to. He works on you for sometimes up to an hour doing physical therapy, acupressure and massage. He uses the TENS unit and gentle adjustments when needed. I have been to some doctors here who are what we call "rack and crack" and barely spend time with you or others who charge you for every area worked on. Dr. Okazaki will work on any and all parts needed. He is right by Montgomery Airfield. I feel so blessed to have found him - I feel like a million dollar loose, happy noodle when I leave. He is amazing. read more

I have gone to a few appointment and I am so happy and pleased with the results with Okazaki Chiropractic. I have had lower back problems for over a year due to prior military service. It was difficult doing daily activities because of the pain it caused. From the first session alone my pain in my lower back was reduced immensely, I was so amazed. The staff is very kind and respectful. Making an appointment is very easy. The rooms are very clean. The rooms are relaxing, for example the calm music and the salt lamps that give a relaxing glow and provides negative ions in the air. The are baskets to store your items so that nothing has to be places directly on the floor. Each room has a mirror with q tips, makeup remover, and Evian mineral facial water spray. Also when you leave the give you a small bottle of water each time which is nice I would recommend Okazaki Chiropractic for Dr. Okazakis amazing work and the clean and relaxing environment read more

Out of all the chiropractors i've used; he is by far, the very best. I really don't have to say anything else. Trust me.

Dr. Okazaki is an incredible healer. He has made a huge difference and improved daily quality of life. This was my first chiropractic visit in my life, and i can't even put into words how great my experience with Dr. Okazaki was. He was very attentive as I described the issue with my back/neck and he quickly identified the problem areas. He also explained the purpose of each step of the treatment so I felt adequately informed. I already scheduled a follow-up visit just because I think this clinic's the one Kumi, the receptionist, was also very professional and courteous; exceptional qualities that tend to be over-looked many times. Scheduling was easy as this can be done online or over the phone. I contacted them on a Wednesday and booked an appointment for that Saturday. read more

This review is so long overdue, but necessary for anyone looking to seek healing from Dr. Okizaki. I tore my medial epicondyle tendon, and when scripps M.Ds could not help me, I called Dr. Okizaki to do his work. A medial epicondyle is an essential ligament in your arm necessary for most tasks, and tears mostly only occur in professional baseball/tennis players where I received it in an arm wrestle. In a mere two weeks, Dr. Okizaki managed to loosen up whatever was in my arm, and brought me back to an athletic lifestyle at the age of 18. With this, and other appointments I've scheduled, I have a belief that Dr. Okizaki can offer superb therapy upon any injury or aberration inflicted and if you're ailed with any muscular discomfort due to injury or anything, this is the chiropractor for you. Can't thank you enough, Dr. read more

He really cares about his patients and it shows! He is so friendly, nice, sincere and caring. Due to the repetitive nature of my occupation I get tightness around shoulder, neck and upper back time to time and I can always count on him to make it better. The staff members are nice and friendly as well. They have make-up remover , Q-tips and cotton in each room just in case your make-up is smeared . They also give you small bottle of water after the treatment which is small but really a nice touch. read more

Dr. Okazaki was excellent! He explained and educated me on a lot of things. He took his time in explaining important points. Great customer service as well! Highly highly recommend. Will definitely go back to him. read more

Best chiropractor in San Diego! I wish I found him sooner. He's not in it for the money like all those other chiropractors that sell you packages and keeps telling you to come back! I went in and he did a thorough exam on my full body, and was able to identify all my pain points. The other thing that's awesome was that he adjusted all the problem areas, where as other chiros only adjust one thing. He truly cares about your well being. Dr. Okazaki is by far exceptional and very knowledgeable! This office is a hidden gem! read more

My uncle was a chiropractor so I didn't have to be convinced or educated about the value of keeping your spine in place. Someone told me about Dr. Okazaki and I called immediately. He and his staff are gracious, respectful, kind, considerate and the good dr. is well trained in his field. I was thrilled to find a dr. that didn't hurt you in the process of trying to help you. Everyone that I have referred to him has come back and said THANK YOU! I love this man and his work. Sadly, we are moving to Arizona this week so I will have to wait longer to get my adjustments. Peaceful, relaxing and a place you just won't want to leave. But you feel great when you do. Call him today and start feeling better. Sissi B. read more

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this chiropractor and the office in general. I feel very fortunate to have landed here. Dr. Okazaki is different from any chiropractor I have ever seen. Very unique in his approach, which I definitely appreciate. He's also a very gracious, kind man which just makes the experience even better. I feel very comfortable here. I walk out of his office feeling better than I have in quite a long time. I highly recommend Okazaki Chiropractic! Several years ago, I found this clinic on the Internet and emailed to Dr. Okazaki. He replied promptly with useful information. A good impression! As I expected, Dr. Okazaki was very nice and the treatment was satisfactory. Whenever I go there, he gives me a good massage and acupressure, which always solves whatever problem I have. The clinic is clean and has a healing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient. It's a nice healing space as a whole! read more

I was referred here by a friend and based on the miraculous recovery he made I decided to go in and see if there is anything to be done for my back. I've had chronic back pain for over 10 years and have tried it all: physical therapy, medication, steroid shots, massage therapy, Radiofrequency ablation, and acupuncture. Short from having surgery, I am desperately counting on the doctor's methods to help alleviate my pain. And based on the first visit, I appreciated how the doctor asked questions about my past pain and problem areas. I also was relieved to hear that the cause of my pain was not due to structural damage but more from tightness in surrounding areas. He extremely thorough and I am hopeful that with consistent visits, he will ensure that my pain can be more than just tolerable but possibly removed. I look forward to seeing him in the coming future. read more

Dr. Okazaki is amaziiing!! He knows his stuff. A couple of co-workers recommended me to him, and I must admit that I was a bit weary at first, since not all Chiro's are safe to say the least. I'm so glad that I did visit him. He has so much experience in doing this and he has so much strength to work you no matter what your size lol I love how he starts you off with relaxing your muscles, especially in the tensed area. Once relaxed he can better work his adjustments. My husband and I come out feeling super relaxed. I've noticed a HUGE difference, such as not getting vertigo & headaches as often as I used to. Look no further, go visit Dr. Okazaki!! The fact that so many well-known athletes go to him tells you a lot about him :) read more
