Took it in for them to fix, then told us the bushings need replacement which should have been caught in their inspection. $30k trailer and it was not road ready. Our company will take our business elsewhere.

I was very reluctant to Rent-A space due to the previous reviews tied to the business. However, I also acknowledge that these reviews are all years old so I took a chance. I walked in the door and I came out with the storage space I was treated fair and just I was treated with respect I was given clear instructions and great customer service. Chip has definitely calmed down compared to the post and reviews. I read earlier. Chip was a stellar gentleman in my opinion, the rest of the family followed suit. I highly recommend my experience was a good one.!!!!!

Wish to give no stars. Their auto payment system was not working and they gave me possible excuses…read moreof why they didn't take my scheduled payment. I told the guy to process the payment again and still gave me an excuse. Saying that their is something wrong with my card. Three days later he charged me $40 for late fee on the same card they he swore he could not use the make my payment. I am so upset of his unprofessional actions that I cancel my account with them and now using Public Storage across the highway. Such a rip off business.
