After numerous times I requested my brakes to be inspected, I recently found out days after I had taken it to R&W that my rear brake callipers had seized and was told by BMW dealer these had to have been seized for weeks. They also said my rear axles needed replacing only to find out nothing was wrong with them from BMW. The photo shows that they also did not report the missing rotor screws that holds it in place to the wheel hub. Sam appears to be a nice servicemen but with poor craftsmanship in my opinion. He's cheap but in the end you pay for what you get.

The turnaround time they quoted was accurate, and an hour less than another shop. Kudos on having a very convenient downtown location. After the car was dropped off, they called to advise me that I also needed a wheel alignment, and explained why in a way I understood. This was an added expense, yet I felt like they were taking care of me, and it was really what I needed. When I got the car back, I noticed right away that the car no longer wanders to the left: now it holds a steady straight line, and feels like I'm driving a new car! This experience has me feeling excited and confident about my purchase. Thanks Big O!

Here is where truth is truly stranger than fiction! My friend took the car in, and expressed an interest in selling the car after repairs were made. She was told by an employee that his daughter was looking for a car. A deal was struck to sell the car for X amount, with the promise that any repair would be taken care of by said employee. Well, wouldn't you know, a week later, the daughter does not want the car, and my friend is left with a $600 bill!! I will let the good folks of Victoria and surrounding area do the math on this one. Oh, and a side note. While I, and my friend are at the shop, a guy in an older Ford pickup comes in with transmission fluid running out of his truck, I assume after a repair job at Budget??? I wonder what he paid to have the repair repaired???

Reported the incident to ICBC immediately and was given the green light to have the bumper replaced. Long story short, I had tried three well known body shops in town which all had long waiting periods for the initial appointments. One after the other gave me the same story we can't find a replacement for the year of this truck. I am now at my wits end and driving on my way home I thought to stop at Craftsman Collision in retrospect I should have tried first. Fast forward four months later after getting the runaround from the other body shops I met with estimator Riley at CC and explained my situation. He immediately got his manager Matt Greenberg involved and within 10 minutes he had procured an aftermarket bumper that matched the original. Matt is a young and personable manager with very good and resourceful connections. Throughout the process his staff were cordial and responsive. After a few days in the shop I had a straight and shiny looking like new bumper. This is a very busy shop but if you want the job done right I highly recommend Matt and his capable staff to look after your vehicle.

They returned the car to me washed (a nice touch) and Jon spent a fair of time talking to me about various things related to my diesel and towing. But overall, great service. They did a visual inspection and sent me pics and gave me fair quotes which are right at normal prices for the work. I'd go back for Jon alone.
