Unlike most barbers in military towns, he doesn't just act like he hears you and gives you a high and tight whether you want it or not. He is also very clean. Not a single stray hair escapes the vacuum connected to his clippers. I have never left their barber shop feeling all itchy like I do at every other barber shop. Their hours are great too. CUTZ II is a completely separate store from CUTZ I and they do not share barbers. At CUTZ II, you can find at least two dedicated always-working barbers, Julie and Ty. She proceeded to say things under her breath the whole hair cut. I asked for a scissor trim on the top in the beginning and then she proceeded to try and use clippers. So I respectfully asked her to use scissors like I asked and she said "it's all the same why does it matter?" Very angrily and I said "I prefer scissors for my trims."
