Service was awful. Sat down and tried to explain my haircut and the lady cutting my hair started arguing with me about how I would want to get it cut. She proceeded to say things under her breath the whole hair cut. I asked for a scissor trim on the top in the beginning and then she proceeded to try and use clippers. So I respectfully asked her to use scissors like I asked and she said "it's all the same why does it matter?" Very angrily and I said "I prefer scissors for my trims." She then responded "I'm the one cutting your hair and I'm telling you it doesn't matter." Worst service I have ever received 1000/10 do not recommend! read more

The only barbershop I go to since moved here to Killeen. No waiting, great haircuts, and a back massage at the end. I value my time and quality. This is the place to go if you're looking into those. read more

They were efficient and did a great job on both male and female cuts. We were walk-ins and both seen within 20 minutes during busy weekend hours. Friendly people. Prices were reasonable. Will be returning back here. read more

This place is super - I get my hair cut here every two weeks. I don't go anywhere else and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend the hot shave to go along with the regular haircut. Along with the professional haircut and hot shave, the head and shoulder massage at the end makes the whole experience feel like a mini vacation! read more

This is my go-to place to get a haircut. Been coming here since I moved to Killeen 6 years ago. I eventually moved to Austin and now San Antonio, but I'm never happy with the results from the $50+ haircuts over in the cities. Every time I come to the area to visit, I get my haircut here. Great price and great haircut every time. read more

Ive had a few haircuts here.. but my last hair cut was so bad my wife kicked me out the house to go get a new hair cut. It was honestly the worst haircut I have ever had. read more

If you're looking for good haircut go somewhere else. I had one lady who said "you better tip me good" before she started and i just laughed it off and replied "we'll see on the how the haircut goes"... lets just say the haircut was so bad and i dont think she shouldn't even be working there. I went here all the time while i was in fort hood each time hoping to get a better cut than the last but i guess thats my fault. Anyways dont be like me and go somewhere else. The haircuts are cheap but the way they cut hair... man they should be free read more

Been going here for over 15 years. Great place to get a good haircut quick and fir a good price.

Some improvements with the flow of their service! They are awesome!!! Put a numbering system for customers so there is now order and no guessing who came first. This is again our top choice for haircuts! :) read more

So the husband has become quite a regular here to keep his coif at military standards. You open the door and are kind of oddly greeted by the many middle aged Korean women. You know, where they kind of sound mad and your not sure if they're being rude or if that's just how they sound?!?! Yeah, it's just how they sound. The ladies here are very quick and efficient. Some talk and joke with you, some just push your head in all different directions somewhat abruptly, unaware that it's not courteous to do so. for $9.00 you get a hair cut, shave and massage. They do womens hair also but I'm a little scared to be flung around by one of the women! Maybe one day I'll give in and have a cut myself. At least my husband gets good service here. read more

They did a great job on his hair! They were fast, at the same time they gave him a great mini massage towards the end. I like the look of the shop, and I like the girl-friendly vibe. Just chatty women, loving life, at the barber shop. He liked his cut, and for $11 I think it was a good deal. I'd recommend for sure, because they have so many ladies available, there's no wait! read more

I went in for the sole purpose of an edge up, sat in the chair for 2 minutes. And was charged 9 dollars for a edge up, most places do it for 4 dollars max, 9 was too high, and she expected a tip why on earth would I pay 10+ dollars for an edge up.. I won't be coming here again. read more

I'm rating this only based off the fact of a phone convo. How they are cutting hair I'm not sure. I asked if they had cut hair for kids. The guy kept saying 'huh?' So I had to keep repeating myself and rewording it. I asked him for the 4th time and he hung up on me? lol ok I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

This is my go-to barber shop in the Fort Hood area. If you come anytime during the week you won't have to wait more than a couple minutes, and usually there's no wait at all. I've heard it's busy on the weekends, so I would avoid coming then. For $9 you get a haircut, hot neck shave, and a decent 2-3 minute neck and shoulder massage. Tip $2 and you're out for $11. I always go to #8, as she knows how to give a haircut that doesn't look too military-like but is still within Army regulations. She gives a good hard neck massage, so let her know in advance if you're too weak for that. She gives me some attitude sometimes, but only because she know's that I like it. There's a lady in there that specializes in cutting black dudes' hair, and she must be pretty good as she's almost always busy. read more

Pretty good. They are fast at seeing you and fast at cutting your hair.$9 a cut.I just wish all of them asked if you wanted a massage, because most of the time I don't. read more

This business has been up and running for a VERY long time. I remember going here as a kid about 10 years ago. I just recently visited again because I lost contact with my old barber. I am not in the military, but I like getting clean buzz/fades. I have always had trouble finding a good barber for my liking, but won't worry anymore. I asked for a 5 on top and a low bald fade. The lady cut me in about 15 minutes and the price (if I remember correctly) was $10. Very very cheap compared to barbershops located further away from base. I'm Korean American but don't speak Korean too well but these ladies (and one gentleman) are very nice. This review is unbiased and solely on service and business. read more

Fantastic place! Always ready, very fast and so polite! Great location right outside East gate of Ft. Hood! Highly reccomend!

Nice place on the inside Korean barbers male an female, good not great hair cut for military but cheap and they shave your head using a razor with no extra charge. On the down side the barbers like placing there hand on your head and Resting it their while cutting your hair kinda annoying but overall not a bad experience. read more

I flew in from N.Y for work on Fort Hood and was looking for a barber shop to get a touch-up. They have so many to choose from here so i just picked A-1. It was very clean inside and the the women Sunny who cut my hair was very nice and helpful with telling me about some good places to get Korean food. Absolutly the best barber shop i have been to. Prices were cheap only $11 for my cut and they give you a neck and shoulder massage. I'll definately be stopping back for touch- ups every week while im down here. read more

I've been coming here for seven years. These are the nicedt and most profesional people around. I highly recommend this establishment.

FINALLY, a great military cut barber shop! I've been all over the place in Georgetown (to include the Supercuts at Wolf Ranch) and a few more here in Killeen with its prolific number of barbershops and finally found a place I like....if you love quick easy cuts by Korean ladies with your optional shave/massage at a decent price (AND they accept credit cards!), this is your place. The one thing I hate about the barber shop is the loooong wait but so far, the times I've been the waiting area was just full of empty chairs and there was always a barber available. This place is close to base so it's a good go-to place for a cut esp if you only have a lunch break on a busy day. The ladies know what you're talking about when you want it to the skin, medium height and faded in the back. I give this place 5 HOOAHs! read more

I got one of my best haircuts here!!! There are plenty of barbershops on Ft. Hood street, but this one is the best!!
