She proceeded to say things under her breath the whole hair cut. I asked for a scissor trim on the top in the beginning and then she proceeded to try and use clippers. So I respectfully asked her to use scissors like I asked and she said "it's all the same why does it matter?" Very angrily and I said "I prefer scissors for my trims."
