You just can't call trustworthy people because it's hard to tell who "they" are. That said, this was a better experience than many. Mark was fast, helpful, quick about the phone calls and he met me with parts I needed. I was about 90% through a fix and needed one silly little item, and no one would stay open late enough for me to get to them, or I couldn't fit my truck in their silly little parking lot. Mark, it turns out, keeps some long hours, keeps a good stock of parts, knew what I needed, had a generic alternative that didn't cost as much as the brand-name replacement, and he charged me a very reasonable price. He then suggested that I first call for a general vent cleaning because it would be cheaper and most likely the problem. Of course, he still offered to come out and run my machine through a diagnostic test if there were further problems. I really appreciated his willingness to walk through the problem and give me tips for addressing them. He also warned me about getting taken advantage of by vent-cleaning companies. I just have to say he was super helpful and while I do hope that my problem can be fixed without his help, I am already confident that if I do in fact need Mark's help it will be outstanding.

I called Quality Rooter and Plumbing for a spigot leak in the front yard. I have used them a couple…read moreof times and did not have any issues. They answered and came out a couple days later per our appointment. The guy looked at the issue and said it might take some digging and a little time. I said of course not a problem. He took a couple of pictures and said he would call me the next day or following day to come out and fix it because they were working on a big SDG&E project. I thanked him for coming out. Here it is two weeks later and I still not have received a call. Very unprofessional and I will never use this company again.

This is the company my HOA currently has a contract with...so I was told to use them and then battle back and forth over responsibility but I'm not your average woman. My Dad was a plumber so I know more than the average "girl". Invoice is a blanket invoice with hourly billing for a lot. Up charges for every piece of equipment and all work done. Really shameful actually when if they spent their time and energy in being honest about things it would come back to them tenfold but I am used to someone doing work and saying things like hey I just wanted to touch base because I got all set up and snaked X but it's not clearing so I got the longer snake and it's still difficult but maybe this isn't your responsibility anymore at this length and it belongs to the HOA etc. Or the toilet is clear but the sink is still slow probably just needs one of those sticks you buy at the hardware store and get a little hair and soap scum out. Ok have a nice day! NOT the case with "quality" just a call at the end to get payment. What an icky feeling from a service business. I will call someone else in the future. So should you.

A leak in sink in my condo and water coming out into the COMMON HALL area through the wall -- wow…read more-- big emergency. My PB mechanic (long time local) told me to call Pete of SD Rooter. I called and he was finishing a job in Mission Valley but said he could meet me there in about 1 hour. Called in 40 min to say he was on his way. THis guy was awesome!! Turned off water (with permission) to 40 units, took valve off and replaced with a "Cadillac" of valves. Since he was there, I had him replace the hot water valve as well. His understanding of my emergency and willingness to try to get over ASAP to fix my problem was awesome. This outfit is great!! -- at least with my situation.

I have had so many plumbing issues in my new home that I called JJ twice to fix them! First out dated pipes were leaking everywhere and clogged up in the bathroom and kitchen, causing us to use a hose outside for water until we called JJ to our rescue. I called JJ after my mom, a real estate agent has been using them for years for her home and listings, recommended them. They came out and fixed the kitchen and bathroom clogs and installed some new piping and faucets that were much needed in my older home. They were clean, fast and efficient! They later replaced our old rusted, leaking water-heater with a new one, as well and fixed a leak in my garage. Since I was unable to be home during the installation I was very happy that during the process they called me and kept me informed of the progress. By the time I got home I had hot water YAY :) The prices were reasonable and service was fast and friendly. Thanks guys for the great service, now I know who to call for plumbing issues and who to recommend to my friends!

I wrote him a check for $2,980.37 but he never got around to putting the filtration system in so I had to call someone else and he put in a new regulator. It worked fine. I have spent a year trying to get a refund and he always tells me he will put a refund check in the mail but never does. I turned 76 yrs old last month and I am a widow of 4 years. I would not trust Jason to do any work for me.
