Hi, they have issues with paying the models on photo shoots from which they benefit from the model shooting with the products for Foreign Exchange, and the images are then used for the Foreign Exchage website for various sales, promotions and ecommerce, but they just stopped paying the models. I manage models and have outstanding invoices, one from August 2014. Every time I ask, it's gotten bad that they promise payments will be made and the commitment is never kept. I've given them many chances to pay the outstanding invoices, but now unfortunately, since my requested are basically just ignored, we will have to ask for a day in front of a judge. If you're a model, freelance or with an agency, I suggest you work for their photo shoots for Foreign Exchange with a request for payment at the end of the job., We have several outstanding invoices ranging from 3 months to almost a year. Invoices are not large sums individually but combined it does add up. It's the common courtesy, standard business practices that has been not demonstrated by this company in my efforts to have this resolved quickly and without any fanfare or awkwardness. read more
