We get order to go, we get his large Supreme Box with extra veggies and a tub of his signature Yum Yum sauce. If you've eaten Japanese Hibachi in the US, you know of this orange sauce. Joe's has his own secret version and it's outstanding. I hesitate trying to describe it, because I could never do it justice. You won't be let down eating here. We asked for chop sticks, which our waiter promptly pulled out of his apron's pocket. The table was clean and set with a fork and spoon, and condiments. The green tea was also presented in a clean, ceramic white teapot with a ceramic cup.
