The guys advised me not to change the fluids, as it looked like it had just recently been serviced, but they did fill the tires and replace the wiper fluid free of charge. Came here to get an oil change since my mom's insurance company insisted that it is done at shop to see the mileage. Other wise I get my oil changed by my brother. Service was ok and they forgot reset the mileage for the oil which was annoying since that's part of their job. I just had my oil changed by a competitor (my bad). I noticed an oil leak on a Sunday, but they were closed. I found this location open, so I rushed down there since it was a pretty good leak. The staff found that the oil drain plug was worn and replaced it. They also replaced a quart of oil my car lost. I tried to pay, but they said there was no charge ! What ? I took my car here bright and early well a few minutes before opening. I guess other people had that same idea. There was a wait and it was moving slow until all the workers started showing up for their scheduled times, so it began to move faster. I saw the manager walk by and I asked him a question about my oil and fluids. I told him I was scheduled to take my car into the dealer but wanted to get topped off with fluids if needed. He was very nice, thorough, and knowledgeable but most important he was honest. He checked my fluid levels and oil and advised that I didn't need to be topped off and the car would be fine until my service in a week. That made my day because he saved me some time and money. I just went to get my oil changed here first I asked if they had any coupons or specials and they said no but I saw there's a $10 off through Yelp but then she did give me $10 off after I had asked her again.. then every time I've come to oil changers in the past they have ALWAYS washed all my windows. They didn't offer so I asked them since they have always done it in the past and they just did the front windshield.!? I asked about the other windows they said they never do those which is a joke and why would you just wash the front windshield and not the rest..!?!? then when I drove off, I noticed they did not reset my car for the oil change light to go off so it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to do it on my own when I called they said to come back, I wasn't going to waste anymore time and go back there!!! super disappointing! Will not be back!! also when I got home and looked on the invoice, there were a bunch of things checked off that were not done including the maintenance reminder reset, they didn't check my lights, didn't check my wiper blades and I did not see them checking the tire pressure either!!! and they took less than 10 minutes. I feel very ripped off they charged me $100!!! read more
