Had our tranny drained and refilled. Before we could finish our lunch at Tai's it was done. Our tech was great and very knowledgeable. I do not feel like we over paid! It was priced right. Oil changers recommend that you bring your car back a week after service to check fluid levels. We took our car back 2 weeks later. Tranny level was perfect. They also checked our oil level. We were a little low so they topped it off. As the 2 techs were completing their service, each tech would call out the area they checked. It was impressive! Highly recommend!! read more

I have been going here a few years- until now. I just waited 45 minutes with NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL in front of one of the bays. The staff apparently avoided looking at me, and did not even respond when I went into the office. I understand that things take time, but a little "hey, it could be while" goes a long way. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in many years. Changing my own oil took less time than the wait. read more

I pulled in and found Oil Changers where Moe's Superlube has been servicing my 2000 Frontier all its life. Then I learned the price is now $50.99 instead of $37.00---without vacuuming. One star down. The inspection, topping-off of fluids and oil change went as usual, and I wasn't upsold on any extra parts or services. My questions were answered knowledgeably. Everyone was friendly, respectful and working hard and fast in spite of only having one under-car guy shuttling from bay to bay. I received a $7 discount as a first-timer to this new business. I was told I could get a discount on visit #2 if I leave a Yelp review. I'll probably price shop before a second visit, but I expect this is the new normal. All-in-all I trust these Oil Changers to keep my truck happily full of clean fluids and to tell me if anything looks amiss. read more

My car engine quit while driving down the 101, 2 days after an oil change at Moe's. Had it towed home and called them because my logic told me too. Within the hour Bill swung by the house to see the engine and determine if the cause could have possibly been from the recent service. Of course it started and the oil level was perfect. Therefore it must be something in the ignition or elsewhere. Enthralled by this amount of customer care. Exceeded my expectations, akin to having a doctor make a real house call. Great service! We took the car in for an oil change and ended up getting a full service. I was happy that all the filters, fluids and wipers were in stock and now feel confident that my car is up to service. There was a price increase from what I was expecting from Moe's but the person servicing our car was upfront and it seems to be in line with current economy. Like what everyone says they are quick and fast . They have a wonderful atmosphere here. They were kind enough to even clean the windows for us. Reason why we came here in the first place was because Walmart had a super long line and they take about an hour to do a oil change. Will always come here to get an oil change. read more

Great atmosphere except this one guy who is constantly yelling and treating his co-workers like crap. This is 2 times I've gone there and he is rude and makes us extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the crew is why there are 4 stars here. That asshole is the reason you lost a star from me. If something isn't done about him we might start going somewhere else. I'd hate to bring my child along with me and she sees that. But the rest of the staff keep up the good work. read more

As a native of Coos Bay, I used Moe's in North Bend for years when I lived here. In town visiting this weekend, I decided to use the Coos Bay Moe's and what a mistake.
