We were on vacation in Coos Bay and in desperate need of a car wash. This place used to be in downtown and moved when their lot was purchased. Service was friendly and efficient once we got in the bay. Only downside is they can only do one car at a time, so you may be waiting a bit for service. read more

I made an appointment. Was the very first person there. An employee showed up had a very chatty conversation with the individual, then took their vehicle in before me. I live outside north bend. I rearranged my entire schedule to do tjis 2 hrs appointment. Came back 2.5 hrs later and there sat my car. Needless to say I was extremely upset. But understood that there was an issue. But the issue was my appointment was ignored and as I stood there the employee didn't look at the schedule and took another person's car in before mine. So, being a decent human and knowing shit happens I rescheduled. Finally a week later took my car back. The owner told me to park in front of the door to be the first. I left and received a call aprox 1.5 hrs later. Hmmmm, so upon returning the young lady who was washing a vehicle didn't smile or say hello. I blew it off. Went in and paid my $100. Came back put and immediately noticed small issues. Dirty spots, door wells not cleaned as expected, trim on bottom of car dirty. Went inside the car and noticed basically the same. Looked like a rush job based on my previous complaint when my car was ignored. I was so excited to get my car cleaned as I had just purchased it and it is a beautiful vehicle. I wanted the full detail and decided to go with this. Glad I didn't pay more. As a previous business owner I assure you I didn't at anytime act rude or disrespectful. I will not go back. I also suggest that the young lady with her snarls and attitude understand that this community keeps this business open. Reputation is everything. read more

Took my car in to have a drain unplugged. They said they could do it for $20. I gave a 50% tip because it was quick and no appointment. However, after a rain, the drain was still clogged. I went back and was told they would call me to schedule an appointment. No call after 3 days. I called twice, left messages, still no call back. Two thumbs down after a waste of $30.00. read more

It was the worse job I've ever seen. Sloppy and half done. The topper was they didn't replace my rain mats, front and back. They said they weren't there...I knew they were in my car the morning I took it in, it was a rainy day. Poor business practices even for cut prices. Basically you get what you pay for, thing. But take no pride in their service or treatment of customers. Do not recommend them at all! read more

Logan serviced my Durango and did an amazing job it looked brand new! I got the best deal. I have 2 kids and a dog and he cleaned all the areas I requested him to. Excellent value for detailing. I considered a high-cost detail ($200+) before selling my car. I found Hot Stuff based on Yelp reviews and am very pleased with the $80 service to my car. I will use them again when my new car gets sandy and dog-hairy. The service took about 2 hours. I just walked up to the neighboring Mexican restaurant for lunch. Hot Stuff also has an okay waiting room. Kudos to this business for continuing to use masks when interacting with customers. read more

Rick at Hot Stuff serviced my 2008 Saturn, preformed tuneup, change the oil and did a brake job. He repaired my door locks and provide a new key fob. He went above and beyond and painted my scraped up hubcaps. He was courteous and provided Excellent work at a great price! read more

This is my favorite car wash by far on the southern Oregon coast. They cleaned my chrome wheels on one of my cars and made them look new again and it led to many compliments on the car. The two part process - first a hand wash and then a machine wash leaves the cars looking beautiful. The price for all this is very reasonable and since they do detailing as well will try that one day. read more

Rick is a great mechanic, friendly and polite. He definitely saved me some $$ for repairs on my Honda Accord. My only complaint is that he left a light used to light the engine repair under the hood. So make sure and check! He's usually booked at least a week in advance. read more

I just was driving through town and needed a quick wash. The automated wash didn't have the ability to pay without an attendant and no one was there. Probably just as well. The washing rollers looked pretty grimy. read more
