Stepped in the other day to get a gift card. I asked for a $25 gift card. The cashier was very frustrated. I paid for a $25 gift card. She gave me $100 gift card. I pointed out the error because I did not want her till/ account to be $75 short. The whole interaction did not go well. She did share that the person before me had upset her. I also witnessed a man get two cups of coffee and the bill was $6. He had mentioned he had stopped in earlier this morning and it was half the price that turned into another conflict before I could even get out the door. I don't know if I will be back. I did not notice any pre-cooked foods or salads or sandwiches or anything like they used to have. Many items on the shelf did not have prices on them . It's been awhile since I've been in there. Zero stars. My debit card has had a $50 hold on it for over 3 hours for the $10 worth of gas I purchased. I called 5 times. They don't answer the phone Adam said because it messes up their food stamp thing. I drove down in my vehicle that gets about 10 miles a gallon. Adam let me know that he couldn't do anything about it. Had I been able to reach them on the phone.....anyway. I didn't eat today. (I had 3 Doritos). Now, no food and no gas left. Thanks Chevron. Great gas station with an awesome carwash! Stopped here while driving through town on highway 101 and the service couldn't have been better. They have a huge beverage selection in the convenience store and also delicious sandwich wraps that they make themselves. I was also having some car troubles and the manager and several of the employees spent more than half an hour helping me out, inspecting my car, filling up my tires, and checking the engine to make sure everything was working properly. Worst customer service... Ever! Paid for the Deluxe car wash for my 2011 Ford Focus, little car with no extra anything and got my mirror snapped off. One of the fabric pieces on the side roller wrapped around the mirror and next I heard was a loud snap. It was hanging by wires when I drove out. No return call from manager so I called Chevron and was told the station had insurance to cover damage done on their property. When the manager called he was rude and condescending and refused to cover it. Lesson learned, they don't care what happens to your car. I'd give negative stars if I could. Buyer beware!! read more

I bought a full tank of gas and an executive car wash for the people to tell me they couldn't give me a dollar in quarters to pump my tires. The guys at the car wash were total jerks, and had no respect for my vehicle or me. They banged there brushes all over my new truck,didn't push my mirror in,and took no pride in there work. Worse yet my truck was really dirty when I came out,and I had to go home and wash it. I drove all the way across town cause I thought I was going to get good service and a clean truck. Not the cheapest place in town to get fuel, but definitely the friendliest! They also have a quality car wash and small deli/espresso bar inside. The coffee and deli is nothing to write home about but not bad if you're in a hurry. read more

This is a nice little gas station with one of the few drive-through full service car washes in the Coos Bay/North Bend area. I was surprised by how nice the food available in the market was: great selections of freshly made wraps, salads, and sandwiches at surprisingly cheap prices, even for gas station fare. Service here has always been great, whether it is getting gas, a car wash, or grabbing a to go lunch or snack. Plus, the local police like to hang here sometimes for lunch, so it has a nice safe and clean feel to it, even along the main drag of downtown Coos Bay. read more

I'll start with one compliment, the deli wraps are very tasty and the fried chicken is some of the best I have had. But as far as BBQ goes they are false advertising. I ordered one of their sandwiches (which used to be super delicious) but now they will go get a pre made sandwich out of the fridge, nuke it for a few then run it through the little broiler thing and done. What you get is a left over sort of BBQ sandwich that has been nuked, gross! Stayed in Coos Bay RV park for a week and got diesel only at this station on Aug. 20,2013 and again Aug. 25, 2013. Second fill up got diesel contaminated with gasoline. Pulled my 5th wheel over to Eugene and just about did not make it. Chev dealer drained my fuel tank and system and tested fuel to find contamination. Presented Bayshore with copy of bill from Chev dealer repair and was denied reimbursement. Use this station at your own risk. This is how they delt with me! read more
