Needed an oil change and decided to try to place as I was in the area. Pulled in as Sergio motioned me in. Informed him of reason of visit. He was courtesy and explained everything he was doing which was very helpful as other places rush you into the lobby without you knowing what exactly they did. Kudos to Sergio read more

Every time I go to Oil Changers I have a good experience, but this one in Berkeley gets my Five Stars today. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. The oil change process runs like an operating room as they communicate with each other about the various checks and services being performed. I'm in and out in no time and always feel good about the value for the service I received. Thank you, Oil Changers! read more

The service was excellent! They were able to immediately do an oil change and make sure everything was all good!

Pretty good. Just want an oil change, nothing else. They didn't try to sell me anything else

I have never seen such incompetence. They have damaged two of my vehicles while trying to exchange oil. One day overfilled, causing the rear main seal to fail and costing me the vehicle. The second while doing an oil change, they managed to break one of my coolant hose connections costing me several hundred dollars. Avoid this place at all times. read more

I go to this specific location for every oil change. But today and I went in and Geo was very honest. He checked my oil, saw that I wasn't due for an oil change soon and didn't trick me into just paying for one if I didn't need it. He still did the rest of the my car check anyway. read more

I've been coming here for years. Always prompt, courteous, professional service. My oil life monitor was telling me to 'change oil soon'. I was about 2 weeks away from the anniversary of having it changed last year, and the technician told me as much before proceeding. I appreciate this degree of integrity. read more

Oil Changers - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Berkeley, California

Been coming here once a year for the last three years. Always quick, reliable, and trustworthy. Very professional guys.

do not come here for oil changes unless you want the bottom part of your car to be falling apart. they don't do a good job and if i'm paying a lot of money for a shitty oil change i just prefer to go somewhere else read more

Destroyed my engine. Lost my car and had to fight with them to get a decent compensation that still wasn't enough. On top of it, they never refunded my $100 oil change that destroyed my car. If you value your car- Do Not Go Here. read more

Short and sweet communication. Went in for oil change and that service plus coolant was finished quickly. Folks are direct and friendly. This is my new oil change place! read more

They were very speedy and informative. I bought the wrong oil for my car and needed to go back and get the correct one. Came back and they were ready to rock and finished pretty quickly. I also had a coupon and they honored it. Thanks! read more

Came on a Saturday around noon for an oil change. Waited about 10 minutes to be attended (there was one car ahead of me). They had me in and out in 30 minutes. I appreciate the speedy service. My only complaint is that in their speed they did strip the caps under the hood. I drive a mini cooper and they had trouble navigating the engine to reach the filter. They offer free tops-offs and will check fluid levels in between oil changes free of charge. read more

I have been going here for three years and love it. Great service, great workers, and well priced. 100% recommend coming here for your car needs! read more

oil change was great service, fast, and good prices. I will he back again. Definitely would recommend

Quick service from helpful technician. Will come back. Also had $20 coupon via Yelp search.

This was the most painful oil change experience of my life. I initially chose this location for its proximity to the post office thinking I could drop off a prepaid package while I got my oil change but I will never return or recommend this place. The way they've structured their service is you wait in line in your car kind of like a car wash. No one greets you and you have no idea how long you will have to wait inside your car. When it is your turn, they ask you stay inside your car the entire time which is a first for me. I asked if I could run to the post office (5 minute walk) and they reassured me they would be done by the time I came back. Spoiler alert: they were not. When they were done I asked if they could clean my windshield which is an included service but they were distracted because they did not know how to reset my oil change notification. I had to sit and wait while they watched YouTube videos and attempt to reset it multiple times. The person working on my car was not able to figure it out. I suggested they ask someone else to do it and they finally got someone else who was able to successfully reset it. I reminded them I would like my windshield cleaned. The print out they gave me said they already completed the task btw, I think they just blindly check tasks off without actually doing them which is not good practice. I could have been to the post office and back by the time they finished working on my car and I wouldn't have noticed they were watching tutorials. The reason they make you sit in your car is because they ask you to run all these tests like turning on the headlights etc and the person trying to reset my oil change light was asking me to press all these buttons. Straight up watching the video telling me "do this now okay press that" wtf?? For an almost $100 oil change and you have to smell the fumes the entire time. Two stars because the staff was otherwise very kind. read more

I have a long commute so I need more frequent oil changes. They are also available after work (until 7pm). It's so easy and they do a great job all while you you're in your car. Life savers they are! They are always professional and friendly. They make sure your other services are done as well. Grateful they exist every time. read more

I always take all three of my vehicles to oil changers ,@520 E. 7th St Hanford CA. Juan's team is very helpful. I am greatful for this shop and the way they value the customers. They are very professional and friendly! I highly recommend taking your vehicles to this location, for an oil change or just to check your tires. This place is great. Been coming here for a few years now for my oil change because the service is reliable. The guys that helped me out today were thorough -oil change, tire filled, filters changed Also helped with a couple of issue on the body of the car. Super cool. Let me know of the free top off policy for in between changes, and also of the other services they offer that would serve my car. Great place, nice guys who are knowledgeable about their work, fast and reliable service. read more

I don't think I'll be returning to this location the guys here do not have great customer service skills and for the amount of money I had to dish out I kind of feel robbed. They seem like they in a RUSH always when servicing your vehicle. The fast talking is not cool I barely understood what was actually done to my car. They didn't check my tires, lights or wash the windows like other locations either. Im gonna start going back to Mom & Pop shops for sure. read more

Great, quick and easy oil change. I usually go to the dealership; but wasn't able to get an appointment for this weekend. (I needed an oil change very badly) They process itself is very quick; the line was a bit long. But I had my phone to entertain me. read more

Thank you to the staff for getting me in and out. Very efficient service. Shout out to Orlando for the conversation as I waited as well.... I will be back definitely for my top offs and my next oil change. My car is running way smoother.... My hybrid gm got her medicine today lol. The value of the full service is the cheapest I've seen and way cheaper than the dealership. Thanks again read more

These guys/gals kick BUTT. Love them. I had been paying some high end auto service nearby to do my oil/filter changes .. their appointments were at 7am only, then you had to wait a few hours until they got to your car, etc. Oil Changers does it on-the-spot without an appointment for a fraction of the time and cost. They are fast, efficient, smart, extremely competent, thorough, and great communicators. You sit in the car for minutes only while they run circles around your vehicle doing all the things, plus checking your lights, filter, etc. Why would you not go to them? read more

Good value for the money. My 2008 is much happier now with the clean oil. They checked all the fluids and explained the process well. I guess I'm converted. Oh and it was LESS than one hour. In and out. read more
