I have never seen such incompetence. They have damaged two of my vehicles while trying to exchange oil. One day overfilled, causing the rear main seal to fail and costing me the vehicle. The second while doing an oil change, they managed to break one of my coolant hose connections costing me several hundred dollars. Avoid this place at all times. read more

Came on a Saturday around noon for an oil change. Waited about 10 minutes to be attended (there was one car ahead of me). They had me in and out in 30 minutes. I appreciate the speedy service. My only complaint is that in their speed they did strip the caps under the hood. I drive a mini cooper and they had trouble navigating the engine to reach the filter. They offer free tops-offs and will check fluid levels in between oil changes free of charge. read more

Fastest oil change of my life. Expensive but the most painless oil change of my life.

This was the most painful oil change experience of my life. I initially chose this location for its proximity to the post office thinking I could drop off a prepaid package while I got my oil change but I will never return or recommend this place. The way they've structured their service is you wait in line in your car kind of like a car wash. No one greets you and you have no idea how long you will have to wait inside your car. When it is your turn, they ask you stay inside your car the entire time which is a first for me. I asked if I could run to the post office (5 minute walk) and they reassured me they would be done by the time I came back. Spoiler alert: they were not. When they were done I asked if they could clean my windshield which is an included service but they were distracted because they did not know how to reset my oil change notification. I had to sit and wait while they watched YouTube videos and attempt to reset it multiple times. The person working on my car was not able to figure it out. I suggested they ask someone else to do it and they finally got someone else who was able to successfully reset it. I reminded them I would like my windshield cleaned. The print out they gave me said they already completed the task btw, I think they just blindly check tasks off without actually doing them which is not good practice. I could have been to the post office and back by the time they finished working on my car and I wouldn't have noticed they were watching tutorials. The reason they make you sit in your car is because they ask you to run all these tests like turning on the headlights etc and the person trying to reset my oil change light was asking me to press all these buttons. Straight up watching the video telling me "do this now okay press that" wtf?? For an almost $100 oil change and you have to smell the fumes the entire time. Two stars because the staff was otherwise very kind. read more

I have a long commute so I need more frequent oil changes. They are also available after work (until 7pm). It's so easy and they do a great job all while you you're in your car. Life savers they are! I don't think I'll be returning to this location the guys here do not have great customer service skills and for the amount of money I had to dish out I kind of feel robbed. They seem like they in a RUSH always when servicing your vehicle. The fast talking is not cool I barely understood what was actually done to my car. They didn't check my tires, lights or wash the windows like other locations either. Im gonna start going back to Mom & Pop shops for sure. read more

These guys/gals kick BUTT. Love them. I had been paying some high end auto service nearby to do my oil/filter changes .. their appointments were at 7am only, then you had to wait a few hours until they got to your car, etc. Oil Changers does it on-the-spot without an appointment for a fraction of the time and cost. They are fast, efficient, smart, extremely competent, thorough, and great communicators. You sit in the car for minutes only while they run circles around your vehicle doing all the things, plus checking your lights, filter, etc. Why would you not go to them? read more
