Think again, I spend a lot of money on high dollar salons and treating me rudely is not a good idea for your business. Regardless I gave her another chance and again, for some reason there was a lot of attitude and I don't care how good the service is, if you are so arrogant that you think you don't need my business for whatever reason (this person was very judgmental) there are plenty of other salons that I can, will and do go to where I spend more money and at least I get treated with respect. She took me back to a separate room for a shampoo and got a bonus scalp massage. I scheduled an appointment online and was contacted by Jaz two hours before my appointment to cancel. She rescheduled for the next day. Jaz again canceled two hours before my appointment. At that point, I wouldn't be able to find another salon for the interview I wanted to cut my hair for. Anyway, so Jaz offers me a free deep condition. I tell her I'd rather a discounted haircut and that I don't use conditioner. She agrees. I will go ahead and spoil this by saying she did not give me the discount and did put conditioner in my hair after saying she was "just wetting it" when I told her I'd already washed my hair. I had a specific inspo in mind. I'd been growing my hair out for it. I wanted a Ramona Flowers type thing but with a blunt cut because of my hair type. Jaz sloppily stuck two pieces up and when she cut them they were super unevenly distributed. One was made of like 5 hairs and one was thick like I wanted. She blamed it on my cowlick which makes no sense. I went home and cut it. I was a little disappointed but whatever. Until I realized later that the conditioner had been hiding a pretty not blunt cut otherwise. I am so upset. It was an expensive cut, she made me wait like a week beyond my appointment for it, didn't give me my discount, and when I contacted her to tell her that I didn't like it, she said I could rebook. As if I'm giving her another $50. And mind you, she took like 30 minutes on it! No time at all. I have no idea what I did to this lady. Invest in a three way mirror, y'all. Customer service is down the drain.
