However, the trial felt rushed and in person feedback and requests were not received graciously. The requests for the hair and make up changes were taken into consideration the day of the wedding but not fully accommodated. My hair and make up ended being pretty but not exactly what I wanted. While everything ran according to schedule the day of the wedding, Kim-Angel was very eager to pack up and leave as quickly as possible and the overall customer service experience was poor.
