He had Errol Flynn's Robin Hood on yesterday during my stay. He has cut hair over 52 years, the last 28 in Estes. Paul is a straight shooter and no-nonsense kind of guy. The cost of $22 was worth the quality I received. His life experiences include cutting hair for the stars in Hollywood and Las Vegas and Dallas. We are fortunate to have him here in Estes Park!

Long story short, three months before our wedding, our original venue burnt down, leaving our reception and guest lodging at an unknown point. We didn't know what we were going to do, especially being out of towners headed to Estes Park for a destination wedding. Not to mention, all our guests were coming in from California and the Midwest too! That's when we reached out to Kim. Kim gave us peace of mind, and helped us dream up a new plan; a plan that turned out even more beautifully than Plan A. I get choked up simply remembering how much Kim did for us and how above and beyond she went. From working with our new venue and helping us figure out contracts (they can be confusing!), to helping us plan out transportation and new lodging for all of our guests, she did not leave any detail undone. While she helped us with the very detailed planning, she also served as our boots on the ground and allowed us to feel confident about our "new" wedding day plans although we were 1500 miles away. The weekend of, she coordinated all our vendors and helped with every, single detail. She also went above and beyond and decorated our new venue as well, since it was not included with our new venue. On top of that, she took down all our décor as well. During the reception, she made sure everything was running smoothly and she always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand and food on our plate. If there were any issues, I had absolutely no clue. (10 days after our wedding, when she knew we were back to "real" life, she was nice enough to call me and tell me that our venue had overcharged us for our "consumption" bar. She told me that the bartenders had calculated the drinks incorrectly and she had discovered it. She had already called them and worked it out with them, so the venue would be refunding us $1300! That was a ton of money. Without her investigating and spending time looking into it and calculating it, we would have had no clue. She definitely didn't have to go above and beyond to do that; but she did because she truly cared about us.) When we walked into our reception the evening of our wedding, it was seriously the most beautiful place I had ever seen. Most important of all, our wedding day was absolute perfection, and I literally had zero stress. Seriously! That goes for our families too - she made everyone feel at ease and calm. It was perfection because of Kim; we never could have pulled it off without her. It's four months later, and we still have guests telling us what a nice time they had and how beautiful and perfect it all was. I literally cannot recommend Kim & her team at Bridal Glow enough. In fact, I'm sad I don't get to talk to her regularly now; she became such a friend and confidant. With Kim, you are certain to have someone who has your back and who is as invested in your wedding as you are. She will make you feel so prepared, so excited and most of all, relaxed.
