Made an appointment WEEKS ago with this office for Dr. Vogelsang, I specifically asked for him when…read moreI called because he is an ENT and who I saw as a child and that's who I was calling for, got to the office for my appointment, my appointment was for 2:30 they told me to be there at 2:15, at 3:45 the receptionist comes over and says "Dr. Given is running behind he will be with you next" i said i'm not here for dr. given Im here for Dr Vogelsang, I go up front, she says "im so sorry the girl who scheduled you is new, she put you with dr given" I told her it was fine, no big deal, but since I left work for an appointment I needed a slip saying i was here, The RUDEST nurse i've ever met in my life came out and said If i didn't see anyone they weren't going to give me a slip, i advised her it wasn't my fault I didn't see a Dr, they didn't book me correctly which the front desk clerk admitted, so she comes out with a slip that says "the PATIENT cancelled her appointment with us today" I told the clerk this was unacceptable, I cancelled because I was booked with the WRONG doctor who didn't treat what I was there for, after waiting another 20 minutes they came out with a slip that said I rescheduled, I took the slip because I was done arguing, but now I get docked at work for the offices error and the nurse wouldn't even come out and speak to me herself. very poor office procedures I will not be returning!

He didn't order any pre surgery bloodwork or updated ultrasound so he was planning on doing surgery based on my last ultrasound that was over a year old. When I spoke to the scheduler she asked what day I wanted to come back to get the drain removed from my neck. Dr. Smith mentioned nothing about a drain. I was completely lost. When I spoke to the clinic director she didn't want to hear me out and defended Dr.Smith not explaining the procedure with since the scheduler did it was ok. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Once for a very important Balance test and the other for the reading of the hearing test! I later cancelled both. They were running patients in and out of there like a herd of cattle! When calling to pay my bill over the phone they happily took my credit card information but could not give me a confirmation number, they were too busy seeing patients and they have no email accessibility!!! I was cut off and put on hold by a very rude Michelle, I was on hold 10 minutes, than Michelle comes back on the line to rudely tell me she had to interrupt Debbie from a very important meeting to handle my confirmation request, cuts me off and than Debbie appears on the line w/ a confirmation # for me. I'm much less Ahh-Choo'ey…read more He's based out of Rainbow Babies and I dare say that the majority of his patients are kids...but thank God for him and I'm saying that as an adult. I'd seen allergists before and had gotten the regular prescriptions for Claritin or Allegra. I'd had tests done but in general, no one really cared that I was sick all the time. Dr. Silver was different. He put me on a whole regiment meant to actually fix me instead of get me out of the office. I'm now visiting his office monthly for allergy shots, but last week when I went in all stuffed up, he dropped what he was doing and put me on another plan. He genuinely seems to want to make me feel better. I greatly appreciate it. I hadn't had luck finding an allergist who really wanted me to feel better instead of just get out of the office...until Dr. Silver.
