Made an appointment WEEKS ago with this office for Dr. Vogelsang, I specifically asked for him when…read moreI called because he is an ENT and who I saw as a child and that's who I was calling for, got to the office for my appointment, my appointment was for 2:30 they told me to be there at 2:15, at 3:45 the receptionist comes over and says "Dr. Given is running behind he will be with you next" i said i'm not here for dr. given Im here for Dr Vogelsang, I go up front, she says "im so sorry the girl who scheduled you is new, she put you with dr given" I told her it was fine, no big deal, but since I left work for an appointment I needed a slip saying i was here, The RUDEST nurse i've ever met in my life came out and said If i didn't see anyone they weren't going to give me a slip, i advised her it wasn't my fault I didn't see a Dr, they didn't book me correctly which the front desk clerk admitted, so she comes out with a slip that says "the PATIENT cancelled her appointment with us today" I told the clerk this was unacceptable, I cancelled because I was booked with the WRONG doctor who didn't treat what I was there for, after waiting another 20 minutes they came out with a slip that said I rescheduled, I took the slip because I was done arguing, but now I get docked at work for the offices error and the nurse wouldn't even come out and speak to me herself. very poor office procedures I will not be returning!

He was a super nice and listening doctor that examine me for hearing loss issues! He realize that my only course was to go back to hearing aids, but an improved model. See below! I went to him again a few years ago per my doctor! After much review and testing, he ask about my meds I was talking! I told him that my doctor had started me on a new med! He said that can ruin your voice! I told him I do sermons and teaching! He said to stop talking the med and I explained my family doc refuse to stop! I took two more visits and finally doc Ossakow said I wrote him twice! I am going to tell him you are going to change doctor unless he changes your meds. Family doc finally change meds and about 6-8 months my voice improved so I could resume public speaking again! HEARING CENTER: Doctor Ossakow introduced me to the Audiologist in their Hearing Center! They have several Audiologists! They tested my hearing and I explained my on/off use of aids for years! I tried several with only marginal luck. They had me trial two aids! One aid for my partial hearing ear and a transmitter in my near deaf ear! The transmitter sent the sound to my better ear allowing me to hear on both sides! After several years, I have experienced better hearing! Hearing aids and technology keeps improving! I am hopeful that perfect pitch of sound is still possible! Julie Zickefoose is my audiologist, but there are several audiologists to choose from!

I was only given options for a Endolymphatic Sac Decompression (ESD) surgery from Dr. Smith. I was given no other choices for this condition. I got the surgery because I was desperate, which was a BIG mistake. I had complications afterwards where my ear had a flow of blood and would not stop bleeding for over 48 hours, which Dr. Smith blew off as normal and did not want to address it. Needless to say my vertigo is much worse now, and I have a continuous dizzy feeling and vertigo that comes and goes almost daily.

Once for a very important Balance test and the other for the reading of the hearing test! I later cancelled both. They were running patients in and out of there like a herd of cattle! When calling to pay my bill over the phone they happily took my credit card information but could not give me a confirmation number, they were too busy seeing patients and they have no email accessibility!!! I was cut off and put on hold by a very rude Michelle, I was on hold 10 minutes, than Michelle comes back on the line to rudely tell me she had to interrupt Debbie from a very important meeting to handle my confirmation request, cuts me off and than Debbie appears on the line w/ a confirmation # for me. I'm much less Ahh-Choo'ey…read more He's based out of Rainbow Babies and I dare say that the majority of his patients are kids...but thank God for him and I'm saying that as an adult. I'd seen allergists before and had gotten the regular prescriptions for Claritin or Allegra. I'd had tests done but in general, no one really cared that I was sick all the time. Dr. Silver was different. He put me on a whole regiment meant to actually fix me instead of get me out of the office. I'm now visiting his office monthly for allergy shots, but last week when I went in all stuffed up, he dropped what he was doing and put me on another plan. He genuinely seems to want to make me feel better. I greatly appreciate it. I hadn't had luck finding an allergist who really wanted me to feel better instead of just get out of the office...until Dr. Silver.
