I'd seen allergists before and had gotten the regular prescriptions for Claritin or Allegra. I'd had tests done but in general, no one really cared that I was sick all the time. Dr. Silver was different. He put me on a whole regiment meant to actually fix me instead of get me out of the office. I'm now visiting his office monthly for allergy shots, but last week when I went in all stuffed up, he dropped what he was doing and put me on another plan. He genuinely seems to want to make me feel better. I greatly appreciate it. I hadn't had luck finding an allergist who really wanted me to feel better instead of just get out of the office...until Dr. Silver.

I had two appointments with him before my surgery and he did a camera up my nose along with a CT scan of my sinuses. I had previously gotten surgery on my deviated septum in July of 2017 and wasn't exactly thrilled will the results of the procedure done at the Cleveland Clinic. After the procedure at the Cleveland Clinic I could still on breathe out of the right side of my nose, somewhat better just not ideal. The doctor I had at the Cleveland Clinic never did a ct scan on my sinuses or put the camera up my nose. He basically looked up my nose and was like you need surgery. Michael Gaugler is one of the best doctors and a great surgeon. Though I only had my procedure yesterday's it's clear there is a night and day difference between some doctors. He also cleaned out my sinuses behind my cheeks and eyes, which from his indication was not done during my previous procedure at the CC. I'm very pleased Thanks again Dr. Gaugler.

The doctor we saw was awesome,very friendly and asked question after question and explained to us what was actually going on with my ears. He also gave me an option. Which lets face it, not many doctors do these days. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes. It was super easy to schedule a follow up and the parking was superb. I'd highly recommend this place if you're in search of an ENT

Dr. Sher is the absolute BEST when it comes to doctors. He does not mince words - he is honest and…read morewill flat out tell you his opinion about treatment, how you use your inhaler, etc. I have been going to allergists on and off throughout my life and he is EXCEPTIONAL!! He genuinely cares and spends time with his patients. You do not feel like just a number or that you are being rushed through an appointment. He is also absolutely hysterical, and even on a really bad day, he makes me laugh my a** off!! Also, I had an issue with my eyedrops and he helped me investigate it, above and beyond what any other doctor would ever do - honestly, this guy is amazing. SO - although you can wait a lifetime or more to actually receive your shots - the waiting room is always bursting at the seams with people, and sometimes I have had to leave and come back another day which drives me absolutely nuts (who has time to wait over an hour for shots and then another half hour after the shots which is required by this office?!?!) this is insane, especially when you work; it can be very difficult to find the time and I have not found the "magic time" to get my shots - when the wait is not at least a half an hour. With all of this being said, I have been tolerant of the waiting and waiting and waiting because Dr. Sher is just so darn good!!

The office was not difficult to get into as a new patient-- I was scheduled very quickly. The staff at both the Twinsburg and Fairlawn offices are always so kind and helpful. Seriously, I probably won't be changing allergists until I absolutely have to. I started getting hives I'm random places and was itchy all the time..I went to see him after picking him out of other allergist in my insurance. His office staff is always super nice. He does whatever he can to maoee not itch and get rid of the hives. I also have asthma. He also is th ONLY doctor to have me tested for being autoimmune and what do you know, I am. He knows how to treat what I have and to get me feeling better. I see him when I have to and he knows what to try next. If you ever need to see an allergist, GO SEE HIM! He has offices in Orange and Mentor. He just switched my meds because I was itching like crazy and now, I'm all good! I'll keep taking these and keep feeling good!

I have never gone to a practice that is this experienced, up-to-date, and as Capri g as the ones at AIA. I was happy when they opened a Westside location because I get a monthly shot and it makes it very convenient to just have to travel a short distance to get a shot that I am in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. There was also a doctor there, Dr. Phil, who is new to the practice and I've met with once and I would take her as a stand-in for Dr. Javari as well. She was up-to-date on my case and had read my file and understood exactly what I needed. Then add to that an experienced, kind understanding on top of everything office staff. at both. I walk into either office. They know me they've checked me in and if there is time they've already checked on the dates and tell me what's open so I can make my next appointment that way I don't have to stop on my way out. They are always thinking of the patient time and doing all they can to keep things moving smoothly. That's what you need from the doctors office trusting caring staff member and doctors who really take the time for you. Do not go to this doctor! I was prescribed a medication that ended up being $250 with insurance. I…read morecalled and asked for a new medication that was cheaper, but after being prescribed it I realized it had an ingredient I was allergic to. I called again and asked for Dr. Panuto to prescribe me a new medication. I was told I need to call my insurance and ask medication was covered under my insurance and also did not contain the ingredient I was allergic to. Now, have you ever heard of a doctor telling you to research your own medications? I spent hours on the phone with my insurance asking about medications without the ingredient and could not even be told the cost of most of them without prior authorization. This would have been made easier for me if the doctor could have just given me this information. I have now switched to a different allergist and called Dr. Panuto's office to have my test results sent. I told the woman on the phone to please call me when they faxed the records. I called the new doctors office 2 weeks later and asked to make sure they had the results and to my surprise, they had never received the fax. I called Dr. Panuto's office again and asked why they had not been sent and the woman told me I needed to have a records release form before they could send the forms. I'm confused why it was confirmed that the records were faxed but I was never told that I needed a release form? Do not go to this doctor!
