The front desk staff is also typically cordial and welcoming, and willing to go out of their way to answer questions. There has not been a letter to her patients explaining her leaving, how and where to obtain your records, nothing. I was recently in her office and again no mention that the practice was closing. She could have at least sent a letter out explaining where your records were and maybe some recommendations of other optometrists. Very unprofessional!

We drove 45 minutes for a terrible experience. We felt like we were being directed to a certain…read moretype of eyeglass lens that was more expensive. The frame selection at the small and cramped Canton office was very limited and outdated. We received an exam only which was covered 100% through a work benefit, and we declined to purchase any frames. We later discovered the office billed our vision insurance as well, causing an unnecessary delay when we went to a different provider. It took several phone calls to my insurance provider to finally get their claim released because their billing office didn't do so willingly. We do not recommend!
