I was very impressed with the work they did and the areas they cleaned. I had a bathroom that had not been used in years, but is now a welcoming, functioning, part of my home. I do think when I have them out again (and I will DEFINITELY have them out again), I will request to have my blinds dusted. Other than that, I was over the moon thrilled with the work! My plan is to get on a schedule to have them out about every 6 weeks. If you are looking for a company to come into your home, treat it with respect, and do a wonderful job, THIS is the company to do so!!

First, we still have construction garbage that they have not picked up after multiple texts almost a year later. Then about six months in, on the front of the house all the siding near the top windows have circular bulges around each window. Multiple texts and saying they will look into it but have done nothing. Came home after Christmas and now a piece of siding on the top of the back of the house just fell off. No wind, no storm, just fell off. I would never recommend then to anyone. We have yet again sent another text and waiting for an answer with no action. Our next step will be the better Business Bureau and contacting our insurance company to make sure they are not on any approved list to be used.

Dave Norris was my contracting rep. He went through everything, in detail, right down to the ringed-shank nails to be used. Our contract detailed the materials to be used --it left out nothing-- and I double-checked exactly what was delivered to my home. I cannot say enough good things about Dave Norris's honesty, professionalism, and work ethic and also about Eric Isakov, Project Manager; Drew, Production Head; and especially about Angel, Crew Foreman and his very hard-working, efficient crew. They started at 6:45 AM by completely tarping and netting my landscape and AC unit and finished w a thorough clean-up around 2:00 PM. Are you sitting down? I got a class 4 shingle roofing system for the class 3 price. The price had it been for a class 3 is an excellent price (I had 5 other proposals from highly-reputable companies to compare it to), but as a class 4 price, it is unbeatable and totally amazing! Just so you are aware: I had read one-star reviews and complaints on Feazel so I checked further and found out that those reviews/complaints were mostly --maybe all-- for Feazel companies outside of Ohio, and their sub-contractors do not work for Feazel in New Albany, Ohio. Even so, the complaints were dealt with in a manner that enabled Feazel to retain an A+ rating, but in the meantime, those reviews/complaints cast what seems to be to me an unfair shadow over the work Feazel does in central Ohio: I and other central Ohio users and reviewers of Feazel are the evidence of Feazel's excellent work, materials, and professionalism here. Ace discovered that the prior roofer(2017) had failed to seal a gap between the shingles and the edge of the chimney. The roof that was replaced was two layers, and when it was replaced with one layer, that left an inch or so gap between the shingles and and chimney, which they failed to seal and also failed to install proper flashing so that water would drain away from the chimney. Ace repaired the issue and their price was very reasonable. Recently, I noticed paint cracking and dampness in a ceiling. I called the company that installed the roof-as it is nearing the end of the warranty. They sent someone who said he saw nothing wrong, and claimed they might need better ventilation. He said someone would call. No one did. I called Ace, he went up and saw the source of the problem, a bullet hole-likely there from someone's errant New Year's celebration. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Ace is responsive, and most important, he acts with integrity and his assessments are credible. Irrespective of 'warranties,' I trust him and will always call him first.

Noor told me it was complete yet the dark grey penny tile floor was covered in stains of white gook and the white subway tile wasn't clear of the gray grout they used. It is now day 4 of me trying to get his worker to come out and clean up their mess. Noor has NOT been to my house and review his shoddy workmanship. NEVER again. I had used his team on smaller projects and was somewhat pleased but this is definitely not a company I will work with ever again. Before the job started he asked me to review his work. Well depending on the age of your roof, your roof may actually not be covered very much. Plus your insurance will likely rise with a claim. This is why it is important to seek out a competent,reputable, established company like Newman Roofing. Since I wake up every day to the incessant roof replacement noise, I decided to have Newman check out our year old roof. There are 3 of them- house, separate garage and gazebo. Our gutter guards took a hard hit. All esthetic, no need to replace. The roof is fine. It probably helped when last year, for very little more in price, we opted for a better shingles- one step down from the best and only because we needed green. Rich was the person that fully inspected us. Honest person, honest company. While they are based in Sunbury, they go out in a 90 minute radius. Just call and see if they will do your roof. And after the job is done, your lawn will be spotless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
