I was sooooooo upset, but this was a very important event!! Then I talked to AJ, and he sounded sorry, so I thought I'd give him another chance. He said he would do my next event for free and even gave me $100 as a deposit. So I took him up on it, realizing that people make mistakes. So I had him schedule our vow renewal reception/25th wedding anniversary celebration... He said he had it on his calendar and was all set with props and everything. I kept calling/texting AJ ROUTINELY before the event and my event coordinator called him the week prior and everything looked good. He was supposed to come at 6, NO SHOW! I called him at 6:15 and all he said was "oh shoot. I'm in Houston." ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!?????? AJ didn't even seem to feel bad.....UNBELIEVABLE. A lot of the same people from the first event were at this event and they were FLOORED. (Not only was it awful not to have the photobooth at our anniversary, but it was such a distraction to the night in general b/c it became a WTF stir) HORRIBLE BUSINESS.!! I"d turn the other direction if I were you!!. I TAKE BACK my 4-star review believing in my heart he would make it right. I should have made him give me $1,000 deposiit. Live and learn.

Their pricing is very competitive, compared to other photo booths we looked into. The photo booth itself is so cute, with a red velvet curtain and a touch screen where you can see yourself as the pictures are being taken. They provided lots of fun props for our guests and the option for guests to print their photos on-site. We chose to have two prints made; one copy for our guests to take home and one for them to leave in our photo album. They even customized the printouts with our names and wedding date. After our wedding, we received a disc with digital copies of all of the photos our guests took. Priceless! I think some of our guests spent the entire reception in the photo booth :P I especially loved dealing with Christian and Amanda since they are a local, family-run business, and they truly care about customer service. A great experience all around!

It was incredibly embarrassing to see my guests photo strips only to see the name Adrian! Who is Adrian?!? It's was our wedding and I looked forward to people having a keepsake but instead my guest got photos with someone else's name. Once we told the person operating it, she had to cut the ends off each and every photo taking up time that should of been spent allowing other guests to take photos . I am not sure how she didn't realize that this is clearly not Adrians party and a wedding. Common sense much? Not to mention she arrived late and left early. Either way it should of been a red flag in the very beginning when the communication was just terrible with the company. If you are looking for something that will turn out nice for a wedding I recommend going with a more professional company. It was incredibly disappointing and wish I could do it over but I can't!

After looking through our wedding photos and video footage, it's safe to say that Jeremy was able to accomplish just that. We hired Jeremy for his dj service and phhhoto booth service. The phhhoto booth was quite simply the crowd-pleaser of the night. All my guests wanted to try it out, and it was such a modern touch to our wedding. Seriously....the coolest thing ever. Our wedding went from 160 people to 260 people one week before the wedding, and bc of that our wedding ran the risk each second of becoming just a giant cluster. Due to Jeremy's proactive nature and experience with connecting and engaging with audiences, he successfully created and maintained the atmosphere we wanted our guests to experience. Jeremy, along with our other fabulous vendors, made our wedding exactly what we wanted....a magical day with an Austin flare.

He was quick and…read moreprofessional in setting up the details, and kept clear communication with me in the planning stages. I think one of the most undervalued aspects of his proposal service is his advice/suggestions on how, when, and where a great proposal in Austin can happen. He even scouted out different places for me to check the conditions! After comparing his services and prices against other proposal photographers in Austin, he definitely had the best bang for your buck. The photoshoot itself was great. Justin was waiting for us and captured the special moment, and the mini photo-shoot after the proposal turned out really well! What blew me away was that he offered to drive to a completely different location, 15 minutes away, to continue our "mini-photoshoot" at another scenic spot! He was so flexible and willing to go the extra mile for us...all without increasing the price! Plus, Justin is just a friendly person, so it was great getting to know him and work with him. I would highly recommend Max Photography to anyone looking for proposal, engagement or wedding photographers! Thanks again, Justin!

Their site looked pretty good so I sent in a message and I got a response really quick. I think it was like an hour tops. I spoke with Jasmina and she asked me a bunch of questions about the event like how many people would be there, where it was (they service San Antonio and Houston as well) and then even more detailed stuff like if there was a color scheme logos etc. I figured it was just a birthday but I guess it's good they asked that stuff. I got a quote via email a few hours later that was about the same as a couple other companies I checked out. I'm never the type that finds the cheapest company and uses them. Especially not for something like this Bc the last thing I wanna do is have someone not show up or be rude at my girl's bday party. They showed up the day of the party an hour early. They set up a background that looked really good, gave us as many prints as we wanted, many of the girls there shared them on Instagram and Facebook, and the props were hilarious. They had an iPad set up in case we wanted the pictures emailed and we also got a scrapbook which we occasionally go back to for some laughs. They didn't get in the way at all but instead were the hit of the party. I would use them again.
