Apparently they popped in a couple times to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that we weren't low on paper. Once we sent over our signed contract though they were difficult to get in touch with. After finding other negative reviews I was concerned that they wouldn't show to our event. After multiple attempts to contact them, a month before the wedding they did finally reply confirming that they would be there. On the day of the wedding we were relieved when they actually showed up. It has been a month since our wedding and we have been trying to get in touch with them to get a link to our online photo gallery so that we can download copies of all of the photos taken. Unfortunately they have been unresponsive: their website is no longer active and email goes unanswered. At this point we have started a transaction dispute through our credit card company since they have not met the terms of our contract. We hope that they take the transaction dispute seriously and send over copies of the photos so that we can get this resolved, but unfortunately that doesn't look like it is going to happen. We wish it hadn't come to this, and would rather have the photos to relive our special night, but Mr. Stache has apparently disappeared into the night and is making no attempt to contact us nor deliver what we purchased.
