She didn't move one step too fast, and totally understood what Finn needed in order to be comfortable and happy. Over a matter of weeks, he went from being too scared to even ride in the car, to running AWAY from me and into Kytha's arms when she arrived for a walk! He now stares longingly out the apartment window, waiting for Kytha's car to pull up (he can even hear it when he's not looking!) 2) Kytha noticed that Finn wasn't very happy when she would bring him home after walks and had to go in his crate (he's not a crate fan). She then offered to take Finn at her home for daycare for the afternoons so that he didn't have to spend the rest of his day in the crate. This is what I mean by above and beyond! 3) I recently moved across the city and way outside Kytha's service area, and she worked with me for months to transition Finn to a new daycare. Not only did she continue to take Finn for walks and daycare during the transition, she even spoke directly with our new walker to talk about Finn's needs as a pup with some anxiety with new places. 4) Kytha is also a trainer and completing school, so Finn got positive reinforcement all day, and came back to me with much better manners and way more confidence than before. All in all, I feel incredibly lucky that we found Kytha. She made such a positive impact on Finn, which was especially meaningful because we came to her after having a traumatic experience where Finn ran away from a walker that he wasn't comfortable with yet. If you're making a decision about getting professional help with your pup, I could not recommend Kytha more. We'll miss her dearly!

At the very beginning, our shy and aging Olive wasn't sure about having someone other than us walking her but Kytha is so good and knowledgeable with older dogs that after a couple of walks Olive what hooked. Now twice a weeks she gets to explore local trails with her buddies. She's much happier and social than ever and has more energy than before. Plus I know my dog's getting in some good exercise instead of just rolling around in the mud. Kortney and Pam are super nice. I felt comfortable after our first meeting that they would take really good care of my little dog, and that she would be safe and well cared for with them.
