He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing. He showed me pictures and explained how the ridge vents were at the proper distance after the home inspector said it was to narrow. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Joe's attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding. He went above and beyond and even helped out with my gutters!!! We just had our furnace and A/C go out among other things and he did a solid by telling me what was wrong and what he recommends out of his own goodness to include clearing out the blocked gutters! I highly recommend this company (shout out to Joe!) for being awesome.

We had a roof replaced due to storm damage several months ago. The roof looks great and the crew…read morethat installed the roof was super nice and knowledgeable. We also had the siding replaced that also looks very good. However, customer service doesn't seem to be one of the company's priorities. We need additional paperwork for the insurance company and so far the insurance agent and myself have been unsuccessful. After about two months finally spoke to someone that is willing to figure out who can help. Bottom line - quality of work is great - customer service not so much. For this reason I can't recommend to others. Customer service doesn't stop once a job is completed plus word to mouth is still the best form of advertising.
