Meet the Business Owner: Kurt O.
For the last 29 years I have owned and operated Ogden Blinds with my brother Kevin. I have never worked for a corporation for longer than a month unless you call being a beach bartender from the Caribbean a job.
I graduated from the University of Illinois and promptly moved down to the islands. I figured there has to be something more to life than working for some one else. Why not live on an island and work at a beach? Seemed like a great idea at the time for sure! After 2 years, my ambition got the best of me and I moved back to the mainland the same time Kevin moved back from Arizona with the blind company idea.
