He never tried to sell me a new opener; however, I had been wanting a new one with Wifi capabilities so he gave me a quote over the phone. Kallie sent me an invoice and then I questioned the repair. Why did they replace both springs when they just did 1 in march and she has yet to reply. My husband and i have left voicemails, sent her text and emailed that we would like to understand why both springs were replaced when they said they should last 5 years or so.
