Our garage door was SO LOUD, it would literally wake me up from the other side of the house. I thought it was just an old, janky door that would cost thousands to replace, but the owner, Michael, hooked us up! He replaced our springs & rollers, put a new weather strip thingy on the bottom of the door, oiled it all up, replaced the sensors and upgraded the opener! It's not only REALLY QUIET now, but we can open the door from an app, with the touch of a button, or halfway down the street because he programmed our cars too! The opener records every time there's movement & we can talk with the person in our garage from the app!! Now I open & close door for UPS & Amazon drivers when I'm not home, which is SO CONVENIANT! I don't normally leave a ton of reviews but we saved tousands of $$, so I thought I'd share... Another company had told me I needed the whole door replaced--- boy, were they wrong! Michael came and gave me a comprehensive quote based on changes he recommended I make in my framing for the doors. At his convenience, I asked him to stop by to check out the framing adjustments. He came the next day and installed the doors and openers. Michael and Dustin did a terrific job and were great to have as teachers. We had a spring break on our garage door opener. ETX was out here in a little over an hour from my phone call and had it fixed in less than an hour.
