To start the issues I find with private practice is they have no one to advocate for the patients. The provider can do what they want based off biases. No one questions reason not even partners of the practice or a committee. Which is why I have decided to take further action and post a detailed review. For other patients to be informed and know the truth and their rights. When patients walk away with out voicing their concern or expressing their experiences nothing changes for the better. All professionals should be able to recieve and hear the concerns of a patient about bedside manner and professional expectations of patients in the medical industry and if you are not open to it then you as a provider you are not ready to provide treatment for patients. Patient/provider interaction should be a smooth & humane. I experienced quite the opposite at the Mont Dora location with provider HANA N AHMED. I specifically choose this provider due to the information provided on The dermatology group website I live far from this location. I did not want to take a provider that did not specialize in my conditions. When they could be helping another person with more serious condition. From start to finish, the entire experience was truly wonderful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. Misa introduced herself and showed me all the colors I could choose from for my pedi. The seating area is not a regular seat like at a nail salon. It felt like a queen's throne! It was wide, cushy, and had enough space to put my purse, phone and items. What really stood out to me was Misa's attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience and even provided tips and recommendations. I recently moved to the area so it was helpful to learn about her experience as a mom of a middle schooler and activities through the parks and rec programs.
