The results were a drastic curved nose and no reduction. I had to wait another 15 years, due to finances, to get a revision for the first surgery. I was mainly concerned in getting my nose straightened more than anything else. The second surgery improved the curvature thou it was not straight. Now 20 years later I was on my third rhinoplasty surgery. I came across Primera Surgery through the internet. I had my consultation with Dr. Gross and was impressed. He was straight forward. No sales pitch. He directly delivered what he was and was not capable of providing. He took into consideration my face symmetry while consulting what he recommended. On top of his directness of wanted outcome of the surgery, he did emphasize that there is no guarantee on the results. I feel this is not due to lack of confidence or skill, just no one is perfect. He was also concerned about my mental and physical health for prior and post surgery. Physical reason only natural and mental if the results were not what I was expecting. Now to the end. About three months after surgery I am more than satisfied with the work he performed. After a lifetime of hating my nose I am no longer self conscious. I have the nose that I want and it is fitting for my facial structure/look, not looking fake but natural. I must give a heads up, the worst part for me is the aftercare. About 3 months after surgery you must massage the nose twice a day and nightly put on a "homemade cast". It just becomes tedious. The main reason I chose Primera Surgery is their honesty and only deal with the face. Another deciding factor was that multiple of his staff members had him perform their surgery and he had performed a good amount of revisions. His 30 plus years, of face only plastic surgery, show through his work and results. I would and have recommended family and friends to his office. I cannot praise him and the staff enough. To go with Dr. Gross is his excellent staff. It shows that he seems to treat them well and not take them for granted. From the front office help, the consultant to the nurses and head nurse one could not ask for better care. If someone does ask for better it is humanly unreachable. Please do your research, save time and money. Listen to your inner voice. Don't end up with 3 surgeries to get your wanted results. If that inner voice says this place is not right listen. Dr. Gross may not be for you. He was a perfect fit for me and my situation. Thank you to all at Primera Surgery. My confidence has been boosted.

Even before that, I had two septoplastys before that as well. The first rhinoplasty I had wasn't exactly great and left me in a position of unhappiness with my nose never being straightened and also making the tip of my nose bulbous. With Dr. Gross, he was able to completely straighten my nose and remove/fix scar tissue of the tip of my nose. Extremely great patient interaction every time & would recommend him to anyone who's looking for genuine work to be done. I met with many doctors who told me I would probably lose at least a cup size. They were also extremely expensive and had a cold demeanor. I was never told that in the event I was not a candidate for the laser or if I decided to not proceed with services, that this was non refundable. I showed up on time for my appt with no issues. I was provided a treatment plan and told I had a 6 month window to book. I decided to wait until after the summer to proceed with any sort of laser tx due to the sun etc. Shortly after my consultation, I started having some medical issues that required further testing. After MANY appointments with my primary care provider ( and specialists) , they did not feel I should be proceeding with the laser services at this time - or at least until I had further testing completed and they were comfortable clearing me. I reached out to the office and let them know about this issue. When it became apparent I may not be able to book within their " 6 month window" I reached out again and requested my 150$ deposit back so I did not loose it. At this point the office told me it was not a " deposit " but rather a consultation fee for the 1st appt . I have both text messages from the time of booking and paperwork that never states this - in fact it listed it as a deposit for my initial appt. I truly feel this should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Not once did anyone attempt to have any sort of resolution - I was never offered to have the deposit roll over past 6 months even if the procedure quote increased.Basically I wasted 150$ with this office . I received one response from Kellie and my other two emails went ignored. I am writing this review so that other patients can just be clear on the fact that if anything happens ( not a candidate , medical issues etc ) , you will lose your money that you put down for the inital visit. Had I known upfront about this , I would not have been as upset, however there was varying information provided to me and I feel they did not disclose their policies correctly. I recieved a response from my Google review and was appalled at their accusation of bullying. I will show how they responded 1- I am attaching a picture of the email I sent. I absolutely never bullied anyone. I was respectful and cordial with my email communication. 2. They mentioned investigating the information I was told but then also state later on "if I was even a visitor at the practice ". Had they actually looked into it , that information was earlier verified- I was there on July 9th. 3. They state they never told me it was a deposit - attaching a copy of my paperwork provider when it clearly states it was a deposit for the consultation appt. The lack of transparency and blatant dishonesty is enough to make me recommend steering clear of this practice.
