Thank God the surgery healed well but when revision surgery was necessary, she refused and released me as a patient. I was left with a red elevated lump the size of an almond on my nose. I found another cosmetic surgeon who performed the revision surgery and treated me with steroid injections afterwards. The mental stress of being ignorned and gaslit left emotional scars. I would not recommend this Dr Cheng to anyone.

It can be difficult to book with the hygienist as their schedules are always full but we manage to get my 2 cleanings in every years. I've seen 2 hygienists there over the years. First with Nicole, who was awesome. When she left, I lucked out and got another awesome hygienist, Angela. Very knowledgeable, reasonable and trustworthy care.

The personnel actually answer their telephone and speak with you. If you can't get scheduled as quickly as you'd like and you elect to be added to the wait list for a cancellation, they call you if one occurs. I know this because they called me when someone cancelled and I was able to be seen weeks earlier than anticipated. Ocala is fortunate to have Ocala Dermatology. This isn't an office with a shingle hung displaying a Dr.'s name and filled with P.A.'s. You will ALWAYS be seen by a medical doctor at THIS practice.
